Yesterday we went to the Store in the little Mall in Puerto d Santa Maria Cadiz! It was horrible ! The store was empty and we were given the get the hell out treatment and racial bust (we spoke English!) they even called the Security on us! We found a few minor pieces and paid. When we left the Store and checked the Receipt we found out that they had overcharged us by charging us double for some Items (We have the Receipt and refund on Card as Evidence!)We went back and confronted the Staff (very unfriendly ) with the Facts! We got the Refund and I must say: Avoid their Stores like the Plague!

Appalling customer service!

Placed an order for home delivery. It was sent to a collection point but no details of which one! We were told to talk to Royal Mail who have been no help. Pull & Bear want no part of it! Left me waiting in a WhatsApp chat for over 30mins. Still no answer. Appalling customer service!

i sent a parcel back to pull and bear to the return address on the label 3 weeks ago and when i asked when i was getting my refund they told me i won’t get a refund i have lost 20 pounds for items i dont have anymore they rude to me if your thinking about returning an item don’t bother just resell

Terrible .

I have bought from Pull & Bear in the past, and have been happy with their clothes and service. But what has gone wrong ? Ordered online and received an email giving me my delivery date. Then ……nothing. Initially impossible to contact them, eventually someone did reply on WhatsApp , they told me I would get an email informing me on my delivery status. Then…..nothing. Eventually I was told my order had been lost by Royal Mail. More WhatsApp messages, then at last , after over a month, I have received my refund. Do yourself a favour, and steer well clear of Pull & Bear. I’ll NEVER deal with them again.

Nightmare customer service

Nightmare customer service. Contact details well hidden, numerous layers of robot driven response masquerading as a person. Just don’t even go there, the downsides of trying to sort anything out outweigh the cheap price. Stick to Zara and Mango

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Absolutely terrible experience with Pull&Bear online shopping. I waited over two weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. They sent two different boots, and both were for the right foot. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from them. Save yourself the headache – shop somewhere else.

Shocking service. Do not order online.

Placed an order at 1PM for click and collect from the Trafford Centre store 30 miles from me, was advised it would be ready by 3:40. Arrived to the store at 6:30 and was told it was not ready to collect, returned 15 minutes later and still nothing, I’ve now been told it won’t be ready before 10 o clock tonight and I will likely have to go back tomorrow. Shocking service, wouldn’t have ordered if it wasn’t going to be ready by the time they stated.

Click and collect order
Placed an order to be collected at Oxford st branch. The staff are clueless and lack any common sense. Went twice to collect the order after receiving the email saying ready to collect. Finally gave up and contacted the customer service to cancel as I didn't want to go back third time been told I need to return the item!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, not surprising as they’re owned by the fastest fashion brand in the world. My clothes fell apart after wearing them once, they’re sketchy and not ethically sourced. Won’t be using them again or the parent company’s other brands.

Bad customer service at Brighton

Visited pull and bear in Brighton. Went to the till to ask a question, we were ignored for a while because the worker was talking to her friend and once we finally got seen we asked our question and both the worker and her friend was rude and laughed at us while we were stood there and as we walked away they were still laughing. Disgusting customer service!!

I am so angry and disappointed. Will never buy from Pull and Bear again.

I initiated a return nearly 3 weeks ago. Never received a returns label and wasn't available to see it on my account like they said it was. I have sent multiple emails and reached out on the chat (no use in this as it is automated robots). I was then sent an email telling me they were having issues with their refund labels and they would send me it in a separate email. This was a week ago, still nothing. I am down nearly $300 and so upset about this situation, never expected this from this company. Will never be ordering from them again. AVOID!!!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! The worst customer experience I've ever had. I've been trying to return some of the items for two months now without any success. You can only contact support through email, they reply once per week and it's been a month that they said they would provide a return label. I don't expect that I will be able to return them at this point.

Price discrepancy, wrongly advertised

I ordered a faux leather bomber jacket, which I had seen on Instagram, and a couple of t shirts. I sized up to medium after reading reviews. All items arrived really quickly and the jacket is gorgeous however the price online is £45.99,but the tag when it arrived shows €35.99 which equates to about £32.00, feel like i've been ripped off!! The shirts can't possibly be a medium they are sooo tiny. I have contacted Pull&Bear regarding price of jacket but their WhatsApp Bot is useless keeps telling me to contact customer services, and when you email you don't get a reply. Looks like I'm stuck with shirts that wouldn't fit a 2yr old and been overcharged for the jacket. I've learned my lesson and won't order again!! 🤦🏼‍♀️
