BEWARE

Poor quality clothing, shrinks, fades, falls apart after one wear.

If you return anything bought online,for any reason, tracking shows it’s been received at their warehouse, but they tell you it hasn’t been received and refuse to refund.
They then sell the returned items again.

They intentionally do this repeatedly to customers to rip people off and there’s nothing the customer can do about it.

They are the same company as Zara who use the same thieving tactics.
If I’d realised it was Zara I never would have purchased.

Scammers & theives.
Do not shop here!

Horrible | Items arrived 6 weeks late w/Security tags still attached

Pull & Bear is HORRIBLE and not worth the hassle by any stretch of the imagination. I ordered $500 worth of clothes for my son during the last semester of school before Summer break. The items didn't arrive for 6 weeks arriving while we were away on vacation and some the brunt of items didn't even arrive until last Week at the beginning of July. All items came with the weird Plastic Security tags on them so my son cannot wear any of the items and they. have no customer service - you cannot contact anyone for help and finally I gave up and tried to return everything but since the items didn't arrive for over a month it says it's past the window to return!!? so I have $500 worth of unwearable /unreturnable/ unexchangeable clothes. Not worth the hassle or expense. Do not recommend at all.

The worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever.
I placed an order online and they never sent me a confirmation email or a payment receipt, which meant I had no way to return the item.
The only proof I had was a PayPal payment receipt, but even with that, I couldn’t reach them no matter what I tried.
I will never shop from this store again.
Absolutely awful.

The quality of the clothing is shite

The quality of the clothing is shite, I mean who’s sewing this stuff? the clothes actually fall apart within days of wearing them, most of the stuff you buy from here is nice to look at but as soon as you wear it the stitching comes loose and starts falling apart. It’s a shame because the clothes are really nice just poorly made with no care for quality. Obviously no quality control.

I’m astounded by these poor reviews and…

I’m astounded by these poor reviews and wish I’d read them earlier as I thought I was the only one to have had a negative experience from this well known and established company. My order arrived with security tags on some of the clothing. Became extremely difficult trying to get hold of anyone in customer services to resolve the issue and when eventually I succeeded, they were absolutely useless and extremely unhelpful. I will never shop with this company again and would urge others to read the reviews and stay away.

Non existent refund policy. They will ignore you.

After another week of no response regarding a return for bad quality clothing (extremely misleading images) I finally receive a response asking me for once again more details. Order number, item numbers and sizing and images. All of which I have supplied previously. I am going round in circles and the frustration and disappointment is just not worth it anymore. I will never get the refund so that’s that.
Be warned, pay with PayPal only and avoid altogether. They will not return or give you your money back finding even bother.

If there was no stars i will give this store 0 stars as they deserve. I ordered pick up at the store and my order shows that is available for pick up but when i went to pick it up there was no order in the store . There is no costumer service aswell just ai and thats it . Dont order from this store again

14 days have passed and no refund

14 days have passed from the time they received the return but still no refund. Had to escalate to paypal and I’m waiting to get my money back. Shame they couldn’t just issue it within few days like other shops do. You have to fight for your money with them. Rubbish company.

They lose returns and then force you to pay for the goods. No way and never again shopping there! They don't care that the tracking states that the parcel was delivered to them. Absolute scam! I paid with Klarna and not going to cover those costs. And I see that I am not alone with this trouble.

Blue water store - awful customer service was spoke to awful and accused of not paying for an item when we asked to remove a tag all items were put in the box not my fault your tills don’t work. Spent a lot of money in store over £100 and got shocking customer service. How on earth do these rude people get retail jobs

I recently bought a pair of jeans from their store, only to find a clear manufacturing defect once I got home. When I tried to get a refund, the store flat-out refused, claiming their policy won’t allow refunds without the inside tag. Frankly, that excuse feels absurd. For a brand like Pull & Bear, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable return policy. This kind of rigid stance is disappointing and makes me think twice about shopping there again. If you want hassle-free service, I’d suggest avoiding Pull & Bear.

Extremely Disappointed – No Resolution for Lost Order

I ordered 2 jeans from the Pull&Bear Netherlands website, and according to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on May 10th. However, I never received anything.

I contacted Pull&Bear four times, and every time I was told the same generic response: they are “checking with the parcel provider” and will contact me by email. But I have never received any follow-up or solution.

To be proactive, I also contacted DHL, the delivery provider, directly. DHL informed me that they already sent the delivery investigation results to Pull&Bear, clearly stating that the package was lost. Despite this, Pull&Bear has not responded or offered a refund or replacement.

It’s now been nearly a month, and the complete lack of accountability and communication from their customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected better from a well-known brand. At this point, I’ve had to consider further steps through consumer protection channels and my payment provider.

STWD hoodie

I ordered an STWD hoodie online for $50 and when I washed it by hand, the color of the hoodie started coming off and now that it’s dry, I can see the difference from before the wash. The color has faded. I’m super frustrated since I paid an insane amount of money for this product and the result turned out to be appalling after one wash. I DO NOT recommend this product at all. Pull and Bear really disappointed me here. If they’re charging such high prices, they should guarantee high-quality products too!
