Grear product but good luck getting…

Grear product but good luck getting your order any time soon. Its been 20 days since I put in my order and they still haven’t even sent the package yet. Thats some bush league type business. Instead of offering a discount or a refund or some sort of actual solution they just send you passive aggressive sorry email essentially saying if you’re upset about the delay than you’re the problem and should be a better customer. Wow. Big regrets.
