Caution: returns near impossible
I ordered 2 dresses from here. Beautiful dresses but size and fit are VERY wrong. Working with customer service is a nightmare. Attempting to get a return code and refund is both frustrating and infuriating. Offered me a US$24 refund on a US$80 purchase. I'm still attempting to get resolved. Have now started a claim thru PayPal. Again, beautiful dresses but definitely not worth the hassle if something is wrong and you need to return. I do not recommend this company.

Lovely dress. Formal in design. Fit was perfect. Lovely flattering shape and fabric design. I like that the company supports fair working conditions. The delivery time was not super quick but I'm happy with the outcome.
