friendly and informative with great team work.
The training was brilliant and the book with all information was a great benefit
Big Martin and Aaron where so relaxed and professional. They covered everything in a really understanding nature. Many thanks for taking the time to put the programme together.
Very informative up to date and concise
The trainees were a pleasure to work with and the whole experience was in depth and provided me with a feeling of assurance in and around the situation of cardiac trauma and anaphylaxis.
An excellent course.
Course was very informative and thoroughly enjoyable!
A day well spent!
A very good course. The people were good, the trainers were great! Even though the course had technical drawbacks at the start, it took nothing away from the course! I will be back in 3 years.
5 stars ;perfect-no reservations,i woiuld recommend this company to anyone

You Did It Again!
The Emergency CPR/First Aid course
The use of first aid equipment and CPR and first-aid techniques were well demonstrated. Once again, a number of "not-seen-before" demonstrations with explanations provided (by way of understanding why procedures are administered) were thoroughly enjoyed.
100% of the material of the CPR/first aid handbook was thoroughly covered in an engaging manner.
The Trainer, Andres J., was successfully able to bring his experience to the fore, to consolidate the essential life-saving skills.
He was also accessible: welcoming class interaction, and being open to receive the same at any point during the course.
All in All, an experience I will undertake again. Martin and his team members met (Courtney and Andres) are definitely considerable team...delivering a very notable product of worth.
It will be no surprise when this product, and others of Pulse Medic Services, are demanded beyond UK borders!
Insightful; knowledgable and memorable
This exposure gained to the practice of first-aid and CPR was unlike the others obtained by the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society (TTRCS) and the Jaric Environmental Safety and Health Services Limited.
The course content was more. By way of two illustrations, the included use of baby mannequins and added demonstrative apparatus such as for anaphylaxis treatment was a new experience.
The provision of the course material/presentation via email was conversant with our age of today; and thus convenient and accessible. It was good to have the certificate in printed and electronic versions, as well.
The Trainer, Martin Anderson, was friendly such that he was accessible. He was professional in his manner and delivery of the course content. The dynamic between him and his assistant, Courtney, was good; and her interaction with the students was significantly notable.
The room layout was applicable to group learning; and interactions between Trainer and Student, as well as Student and Student, we're good.
What was most outstanding of this training was that it was memorable. The Trainer conveyed the knowledge by way of bringing about understanding, as to why the exercised practise is what it is, and why it is administered in the way in which it is. He answered the "Why?" questions...and that is teaching that causes you to remember knowledge, not because it is recollected by rote style, but because it is understood. This was only possible because the Trainer was competent.
Moreover, because the Trainer was knowledgable, it was a treat to gain the nuggets of medical insight.
Also, as the Trainer was not just an academian, (him having engaged in past study and presently pursuing his PhD) but a practitioner, his real-life applications consolidated the knowledge gained, heightened the desire to learn and painted illustrations that were both vivid and captivating.
A thoroughly enjoyed session by me, and fellow students, as made evident by class engagements
Very well said and done
It was very interactive. The trainer particularly asked questions to help us remember and retain the right knowledge. Would highly recommend them to anyone
Fantastic team
Hello
I am very happy that I chose Pulse Medic to do BLS course.
The team was fantastic, and very friendly.
Thank you
Dynamic and fun - easy to remember.
A fast moving, dynamic and fun session. I found this perfect as my annual refresher. The section on chocking was scanty and if I had not been trained on this before I would not have felt confident I would know what to do. Overall I really enjoyed the presentation, and the CPR and AED training was excellent.
Very fun & informative
I was a little apprehensive doing the Basic Life Course as it's my first time but I have to say Martin was very informative and fun with it. I didn't feel under pressure or nervous to practice CPR.
Very good course, very affordable, great execution

Concise and easy update of BLS and anaphylaxis
Addressed us at a fitting level of experience and highlighted the salient points of change in bls, aed and anaphylaxis guidelines which change yearly. Useful practical updates in knowledge. Did the job!
Very engaging and informative session
Martin and Connie were great presenters, explaining everything in a way everyone could understand. All questions were answered and demonstrated where possible. Very interactive session which kept everyone engaged and allowed everyone to contribute to the discussion.
I would definetly recommend Martin and Connie.
