Puppy Tales Pet Products 

I order off this company all the time, and they’re great. But much like the other reviews on here, I ordered at the start of December and still haven’t received my products. I’ve emailed them three times and had no response, so I’ve had to create a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. Such a shame and a waste of a good business.

Ordered over £100 worth of items on 13.11.2022, waited 3 weeks and decided to reach out via tiktok was promised it would be delivered on the following Tuesday (this included my 2X advent calander) Tuesday arrives and no order however I do know there is an issue with deliveries. I had a box show up on the Thursday which was 7 days of my advent calander and a letter to state the owner was going through a bereavement and everything will be sent out on the Saturday.

It’s now 26th December and I am no further forward. Have raised a PayPal dispute and will not be ordering again and I don’t recommend ordering either.

Like many others, i'm now entering my 4th week waiting for my order, with no replies to emails, or messenger messages asking for tracking info. Then i get message just saying they are 'swamped and running on empty' and yet still taking orders and promising next day delivery. I've still had no update to my order, no idea if its been posted on not. Looks like this has been going on for months too, hundreds of similar comments online from unhappy customers

I have used this company more than once and I had nothing but good things to say about this company.

However, I placed an order in November and granted there are Royal Mail strikes and I was happy to wait, but then when I asked for tracking details and if she followed up with chasing, she has repeadly ignored every message I have sent to her.
I understand that this is trying time especially with the strikes and being a small business but with the poor communication from her is disgusting and I know it’s not just me who has had issues and has repeatedly ignored communication with us. This is trying times for all of us ans when we’re spending sometimes £50-£100 every month for these products this is our money and now I’m out of pocket because she’s not refunding me or answering PayPal’s dispute as I opened up a case.

I will not be recommending this company in the future unfortunately

Just ordered for the second time after being so impressed with the first order. It means so much to be to be feeding my dog not only treats that are good for them but also they enjoy, ethically sourced, traceable. The customer service is second to none, the owner is so knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of her produce. Super reasonably priced too!

I used to shop at a more well known online natural dog treats business but after getting the tough chewers bundle from puppytales I will never go back, it’s such good value! It’s really easy to get substitutes if your dog doesn’t like a certain chew. The website is really easy to use and the TikTok page always has great advise.

My dogs love all the wide range of products I’ve ordered from puppy tales, delivery is fast and always personalised. The customer service is great always ready to answer any questions. This is my go to place for dog treats and chews.

Ordered twice from Puppy Tales Pet Products and wouldn’t buy my pups chews from anywhere else! Value for money is amazing, great quality products which dogs go mad for the moment they smell the bag!

Unfortunately I have had to change my rating from 4 stars to 2. The quality and price of the products are fantastic. Really no issue with them. However delivery is just no good. Communication with the seller is worse. I have messaged numerous times over the last few months; regarding updates on delivery or refunding me an item she did not send and each time have had no response. Usually when I query the late delivery (my orders can take up to a month to arrive now) I get an automated message back saying it's been shipped. If it weren't for the awful lack of communication and poor shipping this review would be 4 stars. Contemplating finding some where else to order from as this is just annoying. 10/09/22- due to lack of communication; ignoring emails and comments on her tiktok page I ended up requesting a refund through PayPal and had to order elsewhere. Waited nearly a whole month for an order that never arrived. The lack of communication has been very unprofessional, such a shame. Be wary if ordering from here, seems a few people have had issues with orders and delivery too.

Amazing service & products! I’ve recently started following them and Lucy seems so down to earth and always gives out the best advice. I’ve only placed one order so far but it’s safe to say Bono was not disappointed!🐶We will definitely place another order soon❤️

I purchased my 1st box of natural chews for my Springer puppy and was blown away by the value for money and speedy shipping time. It's really nice to see your order being packed up via TikTok too! I really appreciate that every single product is rawhide free and fully vetted by Lucy and her dogs, it gives me confidence as a customer and new dog owner that I'm giving my puppy the best chews/treats she can have. No complaints!

Ordered a large box for my two dogs. Products were delivered within a very reasonable time and products are of very high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to order again!

These chews and treats are absolutely amazing we start with the puppy bundle when my cavapoo was only 8 weeks old and she loved everything. When she would start trying to bit us we would give her the beef skin or cow hoof and this would stop her biting us and they last week's because she's so small. She's now 14 weeks and we bought a mixed bundle and we got everything we asked for. We now like to give Lola our pup a chew when we go to cafés with her which keeps her busy and it's great enrichment. We use the liver pate for recall training as it's very high value and Lola loves it. It's also very convenient to slip in you pocket when you go for walks.

Amazing natural chews for your dog. I have a very energetic male and the long lasting chews are perfect for 10 minutes peace!
