Pure Vancouver 

Don't buy from them. I wanted to return an item, and after sending it back to their premises in China in October, it was returned yesterday without explanation. The goods are poor quality and the service even worse.

This company is a scam. Don’t buy anything off their sight. I bought two jackets and they were supposed to be a wool blend winter jacket. The quality was beyond poor. You could see light through the fabric it was so thin!! When I asked to return it they offered me 10% back, I’d spend over $100!!! A total rip off

Pure Vancouver products are to be avoided. This company does not back its products. I ordered two items. The first was fine. So I ordered a second one in another colour. This second one was really badly made and unwearable. The seams were carelessly finished. No quality control, obviously. I found out that to return the tiem, the customer must pay the post fees for transit back to China. No warehouse in Vancouver. Numerous emails back in forth yielded a ridiculous series of weak offers of 10% up to 30% reiumbursement. All I asked was to return to Vancouver and/or replacement. I have the impression that a 'bot was my interlocutor. I gave up. Buyer beware - if the price is too good to be true....

Pure Vancouver should not be allowed to call their company that seeing as they are in China. Very misleading.
The material they use is absolute crap.... What a waste of money! I will not even take the time to return it.
I have already thrown the items away and will tell everyone I know not to purchase from this company!

I'll only give 3 star because my wife gifted her the dress to her friend and she liked it, however I do not recommend buying from them if you can't read size chart carefully, and returning is a nightmare

Pure.Vancouver appears to be a cleverly fraudulent company actually operating out of Zhejiang, China. Their only means of contact is with an email template hidden in the obscure return policy section on their website. The email answer to my request for return of purchase details said that the buyer is required to return it via courier to a Zhejiang address at their own expense and in a restricted time frame . The item in question was of a very poor quality, flimsy material, was ill fitting and had no label despite the fashionable photo presentation. There has been no further communication from the company after my second email. Definitely DO NOT do business with scam Pure.Vancouver! The sooner they are closed down the better!

Poor quality items. Sizes are not accurate. If you need to return it could cost you between 400-500$ CDN. Do not recommend ordering from this site

Clothing items are nothing like photo. Returns are at your own expense, and since shipping costs are more than you paid for the items, they know you will not return them, and therefore you will never get refund.

Really disappointed with the two items I purchased. I bought a pullover sweater which looks nothing like the photo and a blouse which looks like linen in the photo but in actual fact is a cheap, flimsy cotton. I would never buy from this company again. Pure "Vancouver" is a misnomer as the items come from China. I should have done my research!

If I could give a minus 100 I would. This is NOT a Vancouver company but is based in China. Shipping took forever. The dress I ordered was not the same fabric advertised. Very cheaply made. Ugly very cheap fabric. You have to pay your own shipping costs to China to return. DO NOT order from this scam based company

Very disappointed in quality of clothing, seams had gaps, materials used was very low quality. Ridiculous return policy. I was offered 10% refund and keep clothing or I could mail back to a company in Asia at my own expense. If I could give it less than a star I would.
