Still NO Trainers, it's now the 27th December and the Trainers have NOT arrived - Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever came across.

I am absolutely livid, my son now doesn't have a Christmas present. Thanks for that he's autistic and will be gutted that he now doesn't have a gift.

This company is a SCAM, They take your money and send you a link to "track" your order.....which conveniently updated every couple of days to falsely reassure you. I think the tracker is fake also....

When the parcel is "delivered" (which is wasn't and they provided no proof - because they didn't have it) customer support quickly goes silent.

Fortunately I bought with Mastercard and got my money back, but DO NOT trust this company.

I was shipped a fake pair of air jordans purchased here. They have not responded to me to send them back. Place is a rip off. The box was an air jordan box that was for a completely different pair of shoes.

I have paid for a pair of Nike Air Force that I never received, they do not give any help for the lost item, I do not know which company supposedly delivered it, etc. I lost my money.

iv bought a pair of trainers before and I have to say they was good quality,there a better fake than some of the other ones iv come across.

i wore my trainers for 2 weeks before the shoe began to fall apart i am appauled! what a waste of £116

Scammers! This is a Chinese company that sells replicas shoes, and poor ones at that! Their online return policy gives you false comfort that when you receive them you can make a return easily. False! Their return policy is even a scam. You have to pay out of pocket to ship them back to China and they will NOT give you a full refund either. Avoid this company like the plague! Save your hard earned money.

They are helpful and the shoes came quickly. Kept in touch through WhatsApp the whole time

I have just been scammed. Placed an order and within minutes after getting the confirmation email, I realised it was not a uk company, its from Hong Kong.
I emailed and said please cancel my order straight away. They said payment was declined and didn't going though when it had. Within minutes 116.55 was pending for the shoes. I message the same lady back saying the order has not been prepared or dispatched, I have cancelled. Her reply was, you will like them when you see them. I message back saying NO do not send I have cancelled send a refund. Now they are blanking my messages. Looks like i am claiming it back on credit card.

Not sure about the negative reviews as my experience was only good. There are a lot of positive reviews that seem similar to my experience. I have bought these Jordans for my daughter for Xmas. The seller sent a WhatsApp video showing the item just before posting showing the boxed trainers and my address on the label just before posting and included tracking reference. They arrived within 2 weeks as expected and seller contacted me to check I was happy. Even came with a free pair of socks. If they are fake then I cannot tell as they look real and great quality. Happy with them and the service.

Ordered a pair of shoes from them. They sent the wrong size and wouldn’t exchange it. Told me to sell them and the would refund me £15. Absolute scam of a company stay away

My Experience with Pure Cotton Times.

For anyone that is willing to buy off this website I would say it's worth it, I ordered a pair of Jordan Retro 4 Breds in size 11 mens off this website on August 15th, it took exactly 14 days for my shipment to arrive to my apartment in Toronto, Ontario.

The box as well as the shoes came in excellent condition - yes they're reps but they're REALLY good reps in fact; If you're worried about getting bad reps from here don't stress they come looking amazing.

The box was in excellent condition as well, when you do order you'll get a confirmation email as well as a shipping tracker for your order reminder it'll come within 14 days unless delayed.

At first I didn't want to order them from here because of all the bad reviews but I gotta say I haven't experienced any of them myself but I think it really depends on the shoe you buy.

I did get in contact with the seller the responses were a bit suspicious and dry but everything worked out at the end by me using the tracking number and tracking the order.

Very bad experience. First of all products are not authentic. It’s not first copy either. If you want to return they will say we will pay you just 25% of your money. And they do not have any customer service option. They say if you have concerns just text on WhatsApp.
