It’s always way too hot to workout properly. What am I paying for if you won’t turn the A/C on?! Please just use it outside of winter. I can’t workout like this so I’m going to switch gyms

the gentleman (can’t remember his name but i believe he is GM) that helped me was very accommodating and friendly. made me feel very welcome even though it was my first time back in the gym after having my daughter. he helped me sign up, even though it can be done all online, and has helped make me very excited to start back on my fitness journey.

Great range of equipment but the showers are always left dirty and rhe disabled toliets always smell so bad you can smell it across the room

So far, so good. Joining is very straightforward and the gym is nice, clean, and well equipped (good amount of squat racks and dumbells up to 50 kg). I still need to assess how busy it gets during the week (I read the Dicot brach tends to get very busy) but for the moment I am happy with it.

Fab gym, clean, friendly, helpful staff, great equipment. Would be nice to have another set of safety bars at the squat racks rather than just at the one rack.

Came to the gym with my partner, super nervous as i'm a plus sized person looking to build muscle and make friends- must admit, felt super welcome and was very comfortable, although my arms ached for days after haha

The gym has more equipment since my last visit. People were friendly and a good atmosphere.

Good equipment, clean but no parking and equipment availability not great.

A well-equipped gym. It’s very clean here.
The gym is often very busy - a consequence of being good value for money.
The management are always really responsive to the surveys they send out, and always helpful. The gym has loads of PTs about if that’s what you were after too. Very friendly environment here.
I’ve docked one star because of just how busy it is. Sometimes you cannot guarantee to be able to use the gym how you need/intend to- it’s a nightmare on weekday evenings. Otherwise I can’t complain. Wish I had the opportunity to visit more often during quieter times. - plus points to the app for this!

Great space. Couple of bits of equipment out of order. Mostly clean. Decent amount of showers.

The gym itself is a good gym with a good variety of equipment. But the gym is way too small for the amount of people that use the gym.

Good local gym, has what I need for cardio but it's a bit small compared to other locations, weights and benches are always busy. There's 2 individual changing cubicles and 4 toilet/shower rooms but again these are pretty compact, not much room to move. They also seem to have an recurring problem with hot water to the showers

Have been going to PureGym in Didcot for just over a month. Really good selection of equipment. Really clean. Cleaning stations always kept in good working order. Always seem to be plenty of staff around as well. Have been to another chain gym and PureGym Didcot seems much better. Not sure if that’s a PureGym thing or just it’s a good one in Didcot.

very good and clean place, sometimes way too many people, because its the best place in Didcot, anyway perfect place to stressout and do some exercises. 2 minutes walking distance only so very good

Great gym. A huge range of equipment. A friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Does get busy during peak times but there’s always enough equipment to manoeuvre through your workout and if it being busy isn’t for you, it’s easy to work around the peak times with the app showing live numbers of people in the gym.
Don’t be put off that it’s a big chain!

App is a joke. Customer Service is even worse.
Not using air con during hot days is another joke and the timings of classed, really!! All the good classes are scheduled during working hours and other than that they are 16:45 or 17:00. Crazy given most people work til 5-5:30. I have just cancelled due to constant issues, however, I would have left sooner if it werent for Steph and Brandon!!

Clean, well equipped gym with friendly staff and a good atmosphere.

It’s a friendly atmosphere and feels more like a social club than a gym. The staff are freindly and caring, the machines are clean and the classes are engaging.

just give money and they don’t care what you do, no proper chart or plan in the gym to follow
