I've ordered three different sets of extensions from here and I love them all! Got my most recent ones today. Fantastic color match and I get a lot of compliments on how much it looks like my hair and how natural they look. Can't beat the cost either as usually you see extensions for 400+ dollars. Fantastic customer service as well when I experienced some confusion to my most recent delivery but all was resolved and I'm quite pleased with my experience 😊

I recently purchased the 24-inch clip-in hair extensions from Pure Hair, and overall, I'm quite pleased with them. The packaging was a lovely touch, making the unboxing experience feel special. The extensions also had a pleasant, fresh scent right out of the box, which was a nice surprise.
Application was a breeze! The clips felt secure and were easy to maneuver, allowing me to quickly add significant length to my natural hair. I was also impressed with how well the color blended with my own hair, creating a very natural and seamless look. The Remy hair is incredibly soft to the touch and has a beautiful, luxurious feel.
The 24-inch length is exactly what I was hoping for, giving me that glamorous, long hair I've always wanted. It definitely turns heads!

I have to say, I was very sceptical when I looked at these reviews. I can safely say this was genuinely such a good experience all round:

The postage to the UK was very fast considering it’s from Australia (only about 4 days I think), the quality of the extensions and packaging was INCREDIBLE! Plus the halo hair extension I bought was less than £100 which is insane considering the quality and thickness of the hair- most other brands I researched charge £180ish minimum for halos that are half the thickness of this. Postage was also tracked the whole way which gave me way less anxiety about it being lost/stolen etc.

I am very surprised at how many 1 star reviews this brand has, very reliable and 100% recommend!

I cannot reply to the reply.. and as explained to you.. I used the correct shampoo and conditioner for hair extensions.. the hair was also yellow and not blonde. Customer service is appalling.. to be offered a £20 money off vouchers.. it’ll NEVER. be used.. honestly avoid this company at all costs!!!

It was disappointing when I asked for their help to colour match that when it was yellow not silver I had to pay postage and $15 handling to return it.

The worst experience ever. From delivery to opening the box, everything was a disappointment.

Delivery: The website states that delivery within Canada takes 2-3 business days with express post. However, this was not the case. The delivery was international, and I had to pay extra taxes and duties to receive my parcel. I paid for express shipping, expecting it to arrive in 2-3 days, but it took over a week! I contacted DLH, and they told me they don’t even offer 2-day express shipping.

Color mismatch: I ordered #6 Light Chestnut Brown, but received Golden Blonde instead—completely different from what I expected.

Poor quality: The quality is terrible. You can see visible fraying, and parts of it look like they were poorly cut close to clips . The ends are very thin and damaged.

I will never order from here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

These extensions are long and have volume. They have withstood well to colouring them a little bit darker, and are so easy to clip in and take out. They become your own hair. I will be re purchasing these when needed.
