The Green Coffee Bean Extract does require a little time commitment to see the amazing results that everyone is talking about. We always advise people not to expect anything for at least 2 weeks, maybe even longer in some cases. That is following our suggested serving-2 capsules, before your 2 largest meals of the day. With a 10 oz glass of water each time, and drinking as much water as possible throughout the day helps. I would just advise you to stick with the supplement, and you should be very happy with it. But it is not a miracle drug, it is more of a stepping stone for you to naturally manage your weight. That is why we could never guarantee the supplement. There are just so many outside influences that can effect your success. Like the amount of water you are drinking. Thank you very much for your order.

Nice
I lost about 5 lbs, that's nice. But I really thought one bottle would last me an entire month, however it only lasts 15 days per bottle. That was a little disappointing, but I thought it was I good diet aid.
-it's been about two weeks and I have been using a combination of raspberry ketones and green coffee.

No thanks - except for Moringa- great product
I didn't notice a difference.. There needs to be more education about supplements and which ones work at what time and when to take them if you are taking them together etc. I liked the MORINGA, made me feel good, seemed to lessen anxiety for some reason. I took the Rasberry Ketones, CLA, Green Coffee Bean w/ Svetol as well as the Garcinia Cambogia (sp?) It's not possible to drink enough water with these.. I took all of these for over 6 weeks and didn't lost a pound.. I got the stomach flu and lost 6 lbs in 4 days... go figure... I'll just keep going from here and eat healthier..

Green bean still under review.
I have been on pure health's green bean supplement products for roughly 20 weeks an have not seen any dramatic change in body fat and or blood suger levels since my last physical and blood labs. I've initiated both a cardio and caloric program this week but I feel that any change in my physical wellness will be strictly due to exercise and diet and not pure healths products. Sorry pure health, I was hoping your products really worked.

Make sure you are taking 2 capsules, 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals-Everyday with a large glass of water. You may even want to increase that to all 3 meals daily. And try and drink as much water as you can stand. I know its frustrating to hear these miracle stories about Green Coffee Bean Extract and then not get the same effect, but everyone is different and responds differently to the supplement in their own way. Pure Disappointment
I ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract and the Raspberry Ketone. I have taken both pills; however, I have not lost one pound. These products have not worked for me. My trouble spot is my stomach like most woman over 40 years of age and I got more diappointed after week 3. I was really hoping this would work; but it has not. I lost my money and I don't recommend the purchase of these items. I am even more disappointed that I did not get a return call from the local distributor, so I discuss the product more thoroughly.

Husband is losing more weight faster than me!
