I had such a great experience dealing with Purely Solutions. There was a small issue with the shower head we ordered and they responded quickly and were sure to rectify the situation. Great customer service and will definitely order from them again in the future.

I'm a huge stickler when it comes to the quality of the water I drink. Keanu from Purely was a breeze to deal with and extremely helpful. The device itself was very easy to install and the result speaks for itself. I can honestly say that my tap water has become my favorite hydration source. And the before/after difference is incredible. Definitely recommend!

We purchased the Whole House system with 4 stages. I was a bit skeptical at first because they had explained to us that they only offer the installation service in Quebec and Alberta, and told to us that any licensed plumber can do the job in about an hour and a half. A good friend of my husband’s is a journeyman plumber (10+ years experience) and he did the job in just under an hour. We have a little room in the corner of our basement where the access to the main water line is, so its tucked away in there, but honestly it is a very sleek looking system, wouldn’t have minded it be out in the open lol…We are very pleased!

Bought this after getting tired of refilling water jugs every week. Setup was simple and the instructions were clear.. Water comes out clean with no weird aftertaste. It’s one of those things you don’t realize how useful it is until you have it. Would definitely recommend.

Bought one for my mom for Xmas, setup took about 7-8 minutes total, water is clear and tasteless! The team was very helpful when I called to get more details about the product! Very cool technology

The customer support is incredible, they answered my inquiry at 11:30 pm in literally 5 minutes… Decided to buy the product because of how impressed I was with the response time and the follow up call with their representative. Got the P1 system a few days later and had my plumber do the installation, even though I think I could’ve done it in about 5 minutes myself.. Very satisfied, water tastes great!!

Love everything about this company!! I started with the shower filter and immediately noticed a difference in my hair and skin ! I was spending so much money on products before realizing that my city water was the issue! I’ve also added the under sink filter to my home since then and it’s a major game changer in my day to day. No bulky filters in my fridge.

Saw a few of their ads on my instagram and was really impressed with the quality of the videos they made. So I bought their P1 system and was able to install it in a few steps, the installation guide was quite clear. Took me about 10 minutes start to finish. Water tastes… like nothing! Don’t have that pool smell or taste anymore. Very satisfied!!!
