Not pure… just Slow, zero contact… and full of excuses as to why it takes more than 3wks to fix a toilet flush…finally appointed to be fixed…tbc.

Have used this company twice - once for an emergency leaking pipe and later to provide and install a washing machine and mixer taps. The engineers were punctual, knowledgeable, polite and checked the completed work thoroughly. Also Elaine in the office was friendly and very helpful.
I am very happy to recommend Pure Plumbing and Heating and will be using them again for any future plumbing work,

Andrew did a superb job which was carried out in a very professional manner, was very good when dealing with my very elderly parents who had been left in charge whilst I was away with work. I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing & Heating who from the first telephone call have been extremely pleasant and very helpful. I will certainly use them again especially to complete plumbing works on my extension.

From start to finish I've had a great experience using Pure. Jon was really helpful when walking through the work we required and our options. We needed a new boiler locating in a new location and new radiators throughout again some in new locations. I received the quote in the time frame given and accepting the quote and booking the work was very easy and flexible. Brett and Charlie who carried out the work were great. Very tidy, kepted me informed throughout and discussed different options. There were a few issues along the way but all handled without any stress. I'd definitely use them again

absolutely brilliant service. Engineer was really polite. Made a very clean job of servicing the boiler. Could not find intermittent fault but rather than charge me for a part that may not need replacing, just placed in on record if it happens again.

So much better than British Gas.

Have used Pure for all my boiler repairs and servicing for a few years. They've never let me down, their prices are reasonable and they turn up when they say they will. Highly recommended.

Efficient and friendly service. When I telephoned to book the engineer the receptionist was friendly and booked an appointment for me.

When the engineer arrived for the appointment he was friendly, polite and explained what the problem was and carried out his work with great care. It was great to have the problem solved and I would certainly recommend this company.

An emergency out of hours callout. I picked the company off the web which can be risky but, boy, were we lucky! The plumber was brilliant - responded really quickly and was helpful and courteous whilst doing the repair...and at a reasonable price too. Perfect!

Pure Plumbing & Heating responded promptly by email with a clear price to my request for an annual service for my LPG boiler together with an indication of their availability to complete the job. Contact with the office to book an appointment was friendly, polite and efficient and follow-up confirmation of the agreed appointment time was clear and prompt. The engineer was on time. He was courteous and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. The certification, together with their invoice, followed within a short period. From my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The engineer came to diagnose the problem with the boiler and didnt seem to have any idea what was wrong. Recommened the wrong thing and something else if that didnt work which was also incorrect. Really cant recomend on that basis

Service was on time, polite, friendly, very tidy and professional approach/workmanship. Cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended.
