Went to to your store in Bath over the weekend as I wanted some help with my oily skin and wanted some recommendations from staff there on what I can use. Asked a few different members of staff for some advice on what to use and what different product variations might be best and each member of staff I asked couldn’t have seem any less interested if they tried in helping me. Not one of them seemed like they knew what products to recommend. In the end I had to work it out for myself and just hope I’ve picked the right items. Not good customer service really when customers are coming in looking for help

The ordering process was smooth and postage was super fast. I was very impressed with the how well my haul was packaged and was delighted by the nice little touches (like tissue paper and a personalised note thanking me for my order). I will 100% order from them again and try other products!

I love, love my korean skin care and I stick to the product that suits my skin. I always buy my product from puresoul as it's a trusted distributor/shop of korean skin care. My daughter introduce me to use Korean skin care and after 2 years I never stopped . All my colleague, friends and family see the difference in my skin I even introduce it to my friend and sister in-law and they too started using the product that I am using. Like the saying goes"to see is to believe". Now everytime I go to China town my daughter and I have to make sure to visir puresoul shop to buy our favourite skin care products.
