Honestly I wasn't sure we would be able to tell the difference. Certainly not to this extent. My skin is so soft while I shower its hard to know if I have gotten all of the shower gel off, it's just incredibly soft! The dry cracks around my nose and patches on my chin of dry skin have gone and its only been a week of having the filter installed.

Our house is old... and the stop tap didn't work! We found out mid-instal. But I was blown away by the teams ability to find a solution and still get it all installed up and running with little mess.

The team were so respectful of my home. We have white floors and they were incredibly careful, covering them up and not wearing shoes and they did this all without being asked.

About a year ago I brought a kettle that you could see through, that way I would know when it's time to descale. Looking at it now it's hard to remember how bad it was day 2 of the descale and its been almost a week and it's still crystal clear.

Its not often a product changes your whole life and I could list all of the benefits endlessly, but I don't want to make this review too long, so I just want to say...

The company are amazing the product Is incredible and you never regret having it installed!

This company has been really great. We live in a remote area of Spain and post is difficult normally without the covid problems. Communications between purewater, delivery company and ourselves was first class and our filter arrived safely. Thankyou so much.

Cheated us stating one thing selling another inferior FILTERED system
He showed us the filter filtering the Loo Blu and as we had previously had a good one so we ordered another for our new Motorhome.

Having travelled 30,000 miles in 2 1/2 years southern Italy and Sicily, South of Spain and Croatia all the time where we were laughing thinking we were OK to now find out the bug my wife got was most likely from the water and wont say what I had but it was not nice and probably the same offender.

I, too, bought a NaturePure water system in summer 2016 for my motorcaravan, believing the website claims that it would filter out bacteria, viruses and cysts down to 0.4 microns.
I now find that I received the system installation kit supplied with a glorified limescale filter (420422) which takes out impurities down to 3 microns and not the smaller bacteria, viruses and cysts.
I needed the added protection offered by the website for my wife's medical condition and because we spend months away in our motorhome in Spain, where sometimes the only water available is of agricultural grade.
I'm in Spain now, filtering agricultural grade water with a NaturePure cartridge which the website said would protect me against bacteria viruses and cysts and it turns out that it doesn't.
Circa £300 for a product which doesn't do what it promises?

Later.... After contacting PureWaterOnline they indicated they would post out a replacement filter to Spain. But how do I know I haven't already picked up a bug which may emerge later?

I decided to by a Nature Pure water purification system for my Motorhome from Pure Water Online, because their Nature Pure Water filter (manufactured by General Ecology in the US) promised "Independently Certified by EPA Water Purifiers against Bacteria, Cysts and Viruses" according to the claims on their website.
Purely by chance I discovered on a Motorhome Forum that Nature Pure Online was not providing their customers the 'Anti Bacterial' filter they promised, but instead they had switched it for a cheaper 'Limescale' filter, which offered no anti bacterial protection whatsoever.
When challenged, I was told by Pure Water Online that it was normal practice to switch the filter, because in Europe the water is generally safe to drink. But when I explained that I was using the water filter in Morocco, where the water may not be safe to drink, they agreed to send me the 'Anti Bacterial' filter that I had originally ordered and been sold.
Even more worrying, is that this is not an isolated incident, as I have come across many other people who thought they had bought an Anti Bacterial filter system, only to discover that they had been duped, and given the cheaper model.
This is Rip Off Britain at its worst - promise a safe water filter, but deliver a cheaper inferior model which offers no protection whatsoever.
