I've ordered several pieces from PWL now, and attended their warehouse sale a few weeks ago. Their products – not to mention their excellent customer service – are outstanding. From the initial contact to the final delivery, every step of the way was an absolute joy - matched only by the striking pieces. Personal service like this is rare, as are the beautiful, interesting pieces the company sells - I'd highly recommend both!

The experience I have had thus far with this company is exceptional, from the very first contact from requesting fabric samples of sofa’s that I liked to the flexibility of being able to have continuity of service as the same person dealt with every communication to them being so accomodating regarding delivery - they know how to look after their clients it’s so refreshing! I will be using Pure White Lines again and referring my friends also..

This sideboard is exactly what I was looking for!

It arrived safely packaged and on time.

It is absolutely beautiful and well made. Feels quite heavy and the wood grain is stunning, matches our dining table perfectly!

They shipped 2 heavy, yet fragile Bulldog statues to North Carolina. Beautiful packaged and protected by a pallet. Outstanding !

And yet again, PWL delivered! I’ve been working with PWL pieces for a few years now and proudly own few myself. Their style is truly one of a kind, and the quality never disappoints. Everyone I’ve dealt with - from customer service and warehouse staff to the delivery team - has been amazing.
There was a small hiccup with my recent order: the online sale went through, but the item had actually sold out. Every company experiences issues - it’s how you deal with them that counts. It would have been the easiest option to just refund the money, but PWL doesn’t give up on you. They took the time to sort it out, kept me informed, and made sure I wasn’t left behind.
In the end, the chair arrived - and it’s absolutely stunning! PWL continues to impress, and I remain a loyal and happy customer.

I bought a lovely glass chandelier and unfortunately we broke a few of the glass pieces when i was installing it
Called a lovely lady in the office and they sent replacements the next day free of charge.

Third time ordering but had an issue with the ordering process which Matt personally, and promptly, sorted. This is clearly a small company that is trying its hardest to succeed. Should things not run entirety smoothly, be patient, cut them some slack, they will sort it. Great quality, interesting products that you simply do not see elsewhere. Will definitely buy from again.

After having some initial communication issues with the company, Matt and Curtis were quick to resolve this and along with the delivery team, ensured the quick delivery of my item. There was no fuss in sorting out the situation for me and this has completely changed my initial concerns. I would happily shop again in the future.

I had a great experience with Pure White Lines while choosing lighting for my new home. They have an amazing selection of unique pieces that added so much character to my space. Benedetta was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though my flat isn’t huge, she really took the time to understand my vision and made thoughtful recommendations to help me find the perfect light, which worked beautifully with the space (a Sorrento chandelier, absolutely stunning). I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 'kees' of Bolivian pure and it blew me away! It seems this company is really innovative when it comes to discretion too, as my package was subtly concealed at the rear of a canvas. The obverse featured a quaint scene of granjeros toiling in a coca field. Now that's original!

Now more on the dust. It was "spiky" to say the least, and after a couple of pinners it more than did it's thing. I'd start off with 4 or 5 mini ones to get you properly primed. I'll certainly be back for more!

I have bought a large number of items from Pure White Lines and have always been very happy with the products, the delivery process is perhaps (or was ) a bit clunky, but every thing I have ordered has always arrived and been of good quality.

Ordered a convex mirror on the website recently and was delighted with it when it arrived. Great quality and already had so many compliments on it. The purchase process was really straightforward and delivery was on time, and delivered with care. Already looking at some of the lights for my next purchase!

We have recently renovated a bar and used Pure White Lines for both the wall lighting and the chandelier. Both products look amazing in the space and create exactly the ambience we were going for. Along with the high quality of the lighting we were equally as impressed with the customer service. Matt was able to rush a delivery for us to meet out timeframe and it was very much appreciated. Can’t recommend Pure White Lines enough for gorgeous lighting and reliable service from the company.
