Bought a pair of 100% cotton (poplin) pants. The first time I wore them, went to a lunch event. As I sat down at the table the zipper broke: the teeth behind the slider opened. I had to cut open the zipper with scissors once I got home to take the pants off. Unacceptably poor quality.
Very bad experience, i had the shoes shipped at the florida mall and it took more than a week to pick up. I went to the store several times because i received the confirmation email that its availble in the store, iwebt to the store and still my shoes are not available to pick up. Very bad customer experience, i will bever buy from this store ever again!

Terrible service. I bought a pair of pants on the web and as the size was not the right one I tried to return it. Several attempts and scheduling promises were made by Purificacion Garcia but the shipping company never came to collect the pants. After 4 months I still couldn't return the pants. I sent several emails but they were in vain. Never again!
Over a month waiting for 2 orders. Absolutely no response from their customer service to my multiple emails asking for status update. Never again
