I need to skip a delivery on my subscription, but couldn't log in to my account. I then tried to contact you through the chatbot on the website and was told "We're away".
I then emailed support and got no reply. So a couple of days later I emailed again, and still no reply.
The product (Fine ground almond flour) is great and I'm very happy with it, but you really do need to do something about your customer service.

Good quality nuts
Great buying experience. Kept me informed of order processing with prompt delivery. Being on low carb, I love roasted hazelnuts and macadamias. Other places never had the right roast, I always had to re roast them at home, but the hazel nuts from Purima was just right. The macadamias I ordered were also of good quality.
Will highly recommend for nut lovers. Will be shopping again.

Great bulk buy British company
Love to be able to buy bulk ingredients from a local business! I found about Purima via Amazon, and when I was ready to order, I bypassed the devil and so glad I did! Takes longer on delivery, but I have no need to receive my items the next day and all items are great quality and very well packaged. Only thing I'd say it's the plastic bags in which items come, I don't think they're the kind that you can recycle with other bags. But I appreciate they themselves have different suppliers and this is difficult. It's important to keep fighting for this and contribute to the plastic fight as much as possible!
