I ordered a Sony ILCE, on December 1 and it arrived on December 15. The product came as described, packaging was very good. Delivery time was as written on the site - no delays etc. Overall, I was very pleased.

Smooth transaction, the only not so good was the courier's services from DHL. They mixed up with the package and send it to wrong destination so I received my camera 3 days later..

As an Englishman resident in France I ordered a Fuji zoom lens which was delivered in 1 week, posted from London and had no Tax/Vat/Import extra to pay. Superb service is what I expected and was what was delivered. Thank you, keep it up.

The best price I could find around for the item I bought, very good service, but in my opinion there should be the choice of English Language in the site and also the package took too long to arrive for DHL standards. I will definately buy again and recommend it to everyone!

Pricing is really attractive. However, the 2 cameras purchased on this site arrived with NO seal on the original box. Cameras are in good shape, but this is a real question mark: new or refurbished sold as new????
Packing is relatively poor, with just bubble pack and tape.
DHL Delivery management is also not well organized: you receive an SMS telling you the driver will contact you... and they don't and just show up.

This was the second time that I bought something from purnimadigital.delivery timings were as mentioned took aroun 7 days in total to arrive to Belgium my new camera Sony A7S.prices are low. I dont really know how the warranty experience will be but I hope I want be needing the warranty.I will be geting some more stuff from them we will see how it goes. I always pay with PayPal to have some extra security just in case if something goes wrong. You never know.
