I purchased Easy Steps to Chinese Level 4 textbook. It did not include the audio CD. Scanning the barcode on the back or the QR code on the front of the book did not help. Purple Culture customer support responded quickly and posted the .zip file to an accessible location. I was able to download the file and unpack the audio .mp3's. So when there was a problem, they responded quickly and effectively.
Easy payment with PayPal. Quick and reasonable shipping price. Great customer service. I certainly will buy again from them.
I was trying to buy some books but the store only allows you to pay via Paypal and Paypal won't allow you to pay without setting up an account. No thanks.

They have books that I cannot find anywhere else and their customer service replied very quickly (within a day). The exterior of the package was quite beaten from the journey but the packaging ensured that the books were in good condition. I was really happy with this order and although the shipping costs to NZ were steep, the book prices compensated for it and it averaged out to a price I would be willing to pay here.
I was hesitant since I’ve never heard of purpleculture.net before, but the books I want are hard to find in the United States so I decided to try buying a few. I chose standard shipping and the books came within a month (which I felt was very good for internationally shipped goods during a pandemic). The books were all in perfect shape and very reasonably priced. I’m very pleased with this company and will be purchasing from them again in the future.
(see edit below) I spent 15€ just for the shipping of a book, which was described to normally take 12-17 business days. Sadly, I've been waiting for one month and a half and my order is still labeled as "processing"... They haven't even despatched it yet! I sincerely feel that's disrespectful to your customers.
EDIT: after directly contacting them, they showed me that the book had actually been sent on time as promised, it is just stuck at customs due to the virus worldwide complications. Four stars for the quick reply.
My books came in just in time, in perfect condition!
