You ordered the watch on 9 Dec 2021 at 22:14 at night (on our free 4-7 working day delivery).
You emailed our offices the very next day, after we closed for the weekend, complaining that you had not received your order.
You then give us a 1-Star review saying you've not received your order the next morning.
Please can you help us to understand what the actual issue is here? We can't do the impossible so clearly you have the wrong impression or are mistaking this order for another.
