ordered online and goods turned up within a couple of days, nice and efficient.

I would recomend this site the goods were great and had so much fun with them.

I decided to try an online company after being sick of paying over the top prices from stores in the high street.I browsed quite a few sites that advertised how cheap they were compared to high street shops and found them to be of the same price,then i found Purple Pleasures and found the prices the cheapest of all the sites i browsed.The products i ordered were products i have bought before from other retailers in the past,so i know they are cheaper than others.

I have recommended Purple Pleasures to people i know who use high street shops,the products arrived the next day after i paid a small fee for delivery,for peace of mind,and i will definatly be using Purple Pleasures again.

Lets face it,if you use a high street shop when you get the urge to buy something new the last thing you want is to be frustrated at the prices....so it was a nice surprise to find Purple Pleasures....plus i got a free gift that made my wife smile....and me.

when I first placed my order with u I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size stockings, I emailed direct from the site to see if this could be rectified. I was very pleased to receive a reply from Nicola Hackett who advised of an alternative product, I thought this was a great personal service and took nicolas advice. When my order arrived in a very speedy manor I was again thrilled with your service. Until I realised I had been sent the wrong size which I ordered in error. Apart from that I find your company very professional and customer friendly, hope to order again soon.

they have a great range of lingere and toys and my partner really loves the different styles and desigins and how fast the arrive from order to door. always great bargins with no fuss and have told all my friends about them and there all very happy with the service the got as well

I placed an order with this company and then saw the negative feedback on other sites, so wasn't holding my breath.

I placed the order at night so couldn't ring, instead I emailed. I got a reply the following afternoon telling me the order had already been processed and sent. It arrived the next day.

Can't fault them on customer services or speedy delivery.

I can write this review now having actually recieved the bloody goods I ordered.

To say ordering from this company is one to avoid would be the understatement of the millenium.

To get anywhere you first need to contact the ISIS accreditation company they display on their website and complain about them before they will bother to respond to you. Then once you have complained, state need to stait your legal right under the 'EU Law Consumer Act 2004' as well as threatening to cancel order under such right under this act with further legal procedings to follow should rights not be enacted before they begrudgingly send you what you have paid for.

Then and only then will the gears of action start to get in motion and do what you have paid them good money to do, ie. do their bloody job they say they'll do.

The sarcastic e-mail one recieved from this pack of cretins using the most polite legal eagal language possible is a classic. I am tempted to have framed and mounted on my wall as it is so hilarious.

Avoid this ramshakle bunch of ameturish chancers like you would a leper carrying the bubonic plague.

Placed order, no delivery and no response via phone or e-mail. Avoid!
