Fraudulent, do not order!

Ordered a bag, tracking link didn’t work. Emailed a few times for an update no one responded. Received the bag a month later. Not only did delivery take so long, they sent the WRONG ITEM. No one contacts you back. Absolutely awful, definitely stay away! I’ve now paid for a bag and ended up with the wrong item and I can’t even get in touch with someone to correct this

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. Ordered two purses online but tracking information was invalid. Contacted company several times with no response. This is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 handbags on December 7th, 2021. It is now January 2nd, 2022 & I have not received my bags! I spent well over $100! I checked tracking & my product is still "being processed" I sent an email & I have not received a reply! I then ended up writing on one one their posts on instagram, hoping I would get a reply. When I checked instagram, they cleared my message! These people have STOLEN my money & there is no way to contact them.

They also ship straight from CHINA!

Don't buy from here

I bought the bag. The strap is way too small, but in order to send it back they want photos! I sent the photos through email. No response. The return window is slowly closing in, and then I won't be able to return it anymore. Thank god it was not that expensive otherwise I would have been pissed. These bags are cheap, and the smell is horrible. I have had bags from other places where the bags are cheap, but they do not smell to this extent. INVEST IN A GOOD BAG. In the shipping email or whatever they mention their hours and that you can email them anytime. Will they respond? Who knows? They are not responding to me and I have sent a follow up email as well.

No news, not a valid tracking number

I place an order on July 18, 2021
I received a tracking link with the purchase confirmation. That tracking link takes you to a Chinese page, in chinese lenguaje!! So you are not able to check where is your order.
I sent an email on July 23rd asking about the order, I haven’t received any response. I am sending another one today July 25th.
I will update this review.

1 month since I ordered and still nothing

UPDATE: I got in contact with them and they send the parcel and a full refund because of the delay.

I ordered 2/02 its 05/03 and still no bag received. They told me it will maybe arrive on 19/03 and if not they will send another one, after I told them I want a refund.
I dont even care about the bag anymore as it was a gift for someone, I just want my money back.

I ordered a bag in July

I ordered a bag in July. Paid $72 for it. Was sent the wrong size bag twice. Last I heard in September-October was they were sending the correct bag size, it is now December, I never got the bag I ordered!

We were able to locate your order with your name. We confirm that due to picking errors in our warehouse, we re-sent your order to you twice. We do apologize for those errors!

The final shipment was sent on October 18th, along with a free gift. We confirmed with your local post that they show delivery on October 30th, 2020. We do not show any additional emails from you since then.

I am very happy with my new bags

I am very happy with my new bags. The entire process of delivery to Denmark and Poland took appx. 2 weeks which is very fast considering the busy Christmas period.

Debbie from customer team showed a lot of support and understanding. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I can only recommend Pursh Collection to anyone in doubt for their great quality bags, customer service and loyalty program.

Pretty bags and great team

I bought a couple of bags two different times from Pursh and love them! The first time was right in the middle of the pandemic when it started and delivery took a bit longer but the second time was much faster. The team was really helpful and re-sent the first one free of charge because of the delay.

The shipping is extremely long

Update: the customer service reached out to me and offered a resolution, much appreciated. Also, my order finally showed up.

The shipping is extremely long. I placed an order a month ago and still haven’t received it. Moreover, I don’t even know when or if i will receive it. The customer service is not helpful also, even if you ask to follow up with the carrier, they will not do it, they will just ask you to keep tracking... Very disappointed with the entire experience and will definitely not shop at pursh again

Based on the information you provided to help us locate your order, we were able to confirm that your order has indeed been in-transit longer than it should have. We do apologize for that. Some of the carriers we have been working with have been experiencing some unfortunate delays and we have done our best to place notices on our website in multiple places. Per your parcel tracking, it does look like your tracking information does indicate there was a flight delay (although this did occur after you e-mailed us). We're sorry about that! We'll make sure to contact you to find a solution to resolve this.

Regarding our contacting the carrier, we definitely do do additional research internally, including contacting the carrier as needed. When you contacted us, we could see that it was still in transit to the next point and it was still within our delivery timeframe from the date of shipping. There is typically a pause in updates when it is in transit from the international carrier to the local one (we try to explain this in our shipping policy and FAQs). This is normal and the carrier is not able to provide us any more information than this. Although it is typically only a couple of days' pause in normal circumstances, it has been a little longer with some of the delays we have been experiencing recently (we apologize for this again). When an issue does actually occur, we do work with the carrier in more detail and we also try to find ways to make it right with our customers during that time, as finding a solution with the carrier can sometimes be lengthy.

I apologize for the lengthy response, but hope this helped provide some insight into our internal process. We will definitely work as a team to find ways to improve and provide better transparency to our customers with our responses. Please feel free to contact us directly with any other questions, and we will contact you within 1-2 days regarding a solution for the carrier's flight delay. Thank you again!

Please be aware

Please be aware, this appears to be a scam. The ad popped up on my facebook and their price were decent so I ordered a purse on August 31. The very next, september 1st I received an email saying "The order is on its way". I emailed them about the order and got a response back saying " However, if your order is not received by October 5th, we will be glad to reship your order free of charge
(and if you get your original shipment, you can keep it as well)!". When I emailed them on October 5th, I was told they were out of stock on the design that I had placed order. Today, the day I am writing this review is October 12th and I am yet to receive anything from them, so I had to dispute the charges from my bank. So be aware of this scam company.

Regardless, when your dispute comes through, we will honor it with your bank to ensure you get your funds back.

We have experienced some recent challenges with shipping due to the pandemic and have had to change carrier partnerships multiple times since March of this year due to ongoing obstacles and issues occurring with delays, lost packages, packages returned to sender, etc. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and we apologize that we failed you here.
