From order to delivery was fast & efficient. Having order from Pursue previously I knew that the quality would be good, although I chose a slightly different style. But I wasn’t disappointed and I loved the choice of colours.

The leggings I purchased are see through.
After escalating the issue the company offered little apology and wouldn’t give me my money back.
Not worth buying.
The material appears thick, but it is see through.
Was upset that the customer service couldn’t offer me a replacement or any kind of compensation.
Really disappointed.

Ordered several items for size and style
Returned unwanted items and had to pay for the return- 2 weeks later got email saying that refund had been agreed and will be another 10 days for money to reach my account
So from returning items to getting refund will have been a month which for an on line retailer is ridiculous
I will not order again !

Good leggings, but sizing not correct. I chose a size where the waist and hips were much larger than mine, but the actual legging size was much smaller. I was disappointed.

My first order, and it won’t be my last! Amazing quality hoodies and leggings, I also managed to get them on the Black Friday sale. I’ve had lots of compliments on my hoodie and compliments on the quality of the fabric.

I’ve got a few items from pursue and overall a good service
Some off the fits are different depending on what you order, the size difference between a medium and large for the sports tops are quite noticeable- the same product in a large don’t hold much support for me chest, the medium cut into my shoulders it was that tight … so with this in mind I have to order various sizes so having to pay a postage for return can be a little frustrating
But overall good product

Easy to order and delivered very quickly.
Ordered leggings and bra top great quality and fits perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Delivery was on time

The colours and material are great but I do have to keep pulling the leggings up. They're shorter than any other brands "7/8th" length which I don't enjoy. They're fine for now but I probably wouldn't order again.

Initially had been given a pair of shorts by my mate who no longer needed them, and was so impressed I dropped by on the Black Friday sale.
Bought several pairs of shorts, different styles and lengths. All great quality, easy to wash and clean, and hold up perfectly in the gym for different workouts.
Affordable brand and better quality than certain others that charge double or triple the price!

Order PF-590845. I specifically searched for squat proof leggings, and bought 5 different styles from Pursue, my god, not even near to squat proof. Some pantyhose are more squat proof than these leggings. What a waste of time and money. Customer service is total joke.
My order was dispatched with a donkey probably. Delivery time was supposed to be 3-6 days. It took 20 days.
Not recommending at all. I can see that they received my return on 28.11. Lets see if I will receive my money back. A lot of customers reviews say that Pursue did not refund their money after returning their order, so I am sure, I still have to fight for my money as well. DO yourself a favour, buy a better brand, Pursue materials are below quality, looking cheap and when opening the pack, smell like chemicals, probably from China wit label of Pursue. This is a scam!

Iv ordered a few items from pursue, the last pair of scrunch bum leggings were so see through I have to wear another pair of leggings underneath 😭 going to any gym with see through leggings is not a good look, especially with your brand printed on the bum, I was horrified that everyone could see my backside. The fit of the leggings are perfect can you please add a bit more material to the bum area🙏 I really like your items, however this has really put me off!! Also waiting 10 days for a refund is a really long time to wait.
Iv always been a loyal customer to gym shark, please add more fabric to the bum area and I'll forever be a loyal customer if yours.

Avoid buying their scrunch butt leggings collection! I used to like this brand few years ago but they quality has decreased a lot lately, specially with their scrunch butt leggings. I have bought few pairs in different colours (as the colours are nice) but ALL OF THEM have broke on the scrunch stitching! And it is not like i was doing some heavy gym activities just a normal body weight squat.
I have now been trying to get in touch with their customer service for 2 weeks and they have been ignoring me. Only communication I received was probably intended to another person as it was addressed to someone named Katherine, which is not me. So in conclusion for the same amount of money (as Pursue is not cheep) you can buy a Gymshark leggings that are much better quality and will last you years.

This is fifth pair of scrunch-seamless-leggings love the brand, great fit and the material is lovely.

I love this gym wear. Having bought from several other big names I can honestly say the quality of Pursue Fitness is miles ahead. The material is stretchy and comfortable. I can pull on and off leggings without feeling like they're a second skin. Service is brilliant.

Paid extra for next-day delivery for an event. The website let me select and pay for next-day delivery to Northern Ireland with no warning, but the item was shipped using Royal Mail 48-hour, so it was never going to arrive on time.

When I contacted support, they told me next-day delivery “isn’t available to NI”—even though their checkout still charges for it—and instead of refunding the delivery cost, they offered a £5 discount code. If you can’t provide a service, don’t take money for it.

Customer service was completely unhelpful and offered no real solution beyond a generic discount code, which doesn’t fix the issue or refund the service they failed to provide.

I haven’t even opened the item because it arrived too late to be useful. Misleading checkout and pointless customer support. Would not recommend.

Wouldnt be keen on shopping here again, only my daughter likes the name (not the quality)

Best quality and fit I ever experienced.
I’m a gym rat and believe me, Pursue is my favourite brand of gym clothing.

Shape of the crop top around bust area is not what I expected also top folds upwards while working , I ordered a size above but still it rolls upwards . Fabric is comfortable and neat . Would prefer a soft pad for bust area for definition and shape . Thanks
