Poor customer service, paid next day delivery for separate parcels one on the 10th of March only got it on the 18th of March due to a neighbour across the street bringing it over. Separate parcel ordered on the 11th of March still not received it. Haven't received a refund of the delivery cost.

I love the feel and comfort of everyday joggers. This is the second pair I've had. The quality is brilliant. The first pair I bought a year ago, and they're still as good as new. Great fit, comfort, and durability. Next level for gym, hiking, breathable, everyday—exactly what it said on the tin.💯

Brought some leggings and a t-shirt from here for the first time. T-shirt was fine but leggings bobbled after one wash, despite following the instructions. Customer services were not helpful. Didn't offer an exchange or refund and told me that I may have put velcro on it! Poor quality, poor customer service and clear that they are still a smaller business. I will stick to Gymshark and Fabletics, who have fantastic quality and customer service.

Already purchased twice, happy for items quality and delivery is very fast.

First time I’ve used this company, was a little apprehensive. Brought 2 x hoddies, 2 x t shirts and 1 pair of shorts.

I am not at all happy with this company. I placed and paid for an order on 2 March. On 5 March I received an email stating that the delivery could not be completed. I went to Royal Mail the very same day and was told that my parcel had already been returned to the sender.
Since then, I have been trying every day to understand why is taking so long to sort this out. The only information they keep repeating is that once they receive the parcel back, they will inform me and, according to their Terms & Conditions, they will either issue a refund or resend the package.
I would like to point out that the order was paid in full. At the moment, they are holding my money for products that I have never received.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I cannot comment on the quality of the products because I never received them. However, based on the way they treat their customers, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to do their research beforehand.

A friend recommended Pursue fitness to me and I now want to recommend to others.
The quality of the leggings is outstanding. They give such great shape and these are my go to for training. I won’t be buying any other brand.

This company should be reported to trading standards. I ordered a top in a size L. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the package. The top was tiny!!! Short and narrow almost child sized. Couldn’t get it over my shoulders. And then I saw you have to pay for returns! REALLY? Avoid at all cost

Quick delivery so very pleased. I have only worn the leggings once so far and they stay up, fit well, the only downside is they are not squat proof so be mindful of what underwear you use with them.

Made one order and was fine tbh, the quality isn’t the best but it looks ok for the first wear, so reordered a few things, spent £180”second order” received a delivery email from dhl, photo stating my parcel had been delivered,I got home and no delivery, contacted PURSUE fitness and explained this, was told I must file a police report and fill in some form, it’s £180 and isn’t a lot of money but me having to jump through hoops to receive my order I purchased in good faith is ridiculous, I contacted them and told them I will not be doing this but I will write my experience on the review sites, ridiculous company, of you have any sense stay away from this place, also there was a note taped to my door saying if nobody is hime please take order to the neighbours house,take your money and you’ll kit receive goods, it’s there job to chase the couriers, to file police reports not mine, if you buy something in good faith and don’t receive it, then the company should make sure the customer receives what they’ve payed for, imagine they sent your goods first and you didn’t pay for them, it’s ridiculous. Scam,thieves,untrustworthy stay away

The quality and sizing of this brand are amazing. There are actually short shorts without a bum scrunch which a short girl like me is lovely!! I have ordered twice on the website in the past 6 months and I have no regrets, love it so much. The only thing is I'd like to see more colour choices such as light pink or baby blue. However LOVE the brownish cherry colour it is gorgeous, I have both the bottoms and hoodie, so cozy and cute.

The kit is great quality with a range of colours and variations on style.
Only once have I needed to return an item due to a sizing issue and the customer service was efficient at issuing a credit note.

I have had these leggings for coming up to a year now and have
only used when exercising (2x per week). They have worn/thinned
on the glute area, exposing my bare skin and therefore making
them unwearable now.

Similarly, this purchase was a replacement following another
faulty pair in which the scrunch tore when pulling them up, after
10 months of use.

I would not expect to have to consistently replace this, due to
the price and claim of ‘great quality’.

They have come back to my enquiry and have pinned it down to ‘friction’ which has absolutely baffled me. Never have I ever seen this occur on leggings I have had for much longer than a year, that I have worn more frequently, for a fraction of the price they sell these for.

Unfortunately, I will be looking elsewhere for my next replacement (Oner Active is great!). I hope that this feedback will be taken on board. Maybe then I will revisit and continue to promote this brand.

The item I ordered (based on the photo description) was a totally different product to the product delivered. I emailed the company twice and filled in the online form and still to this day have never received a response. Firstly, the product ordered should match the description. This sports bra had completely different strap design. Second, the company should respond to their customer emails. Non existing customer service. I will NEVER order from this company again.

False advertising and have reported them. I have seen another review on here from someone who experienced the same as me. They advertise on good as ‘Gymshark’ I then bought a voucher for a bday gift as they wanted gymshark and then after gifting the voucher she explained they in fact don’t sell any Gymshark items whatsoever. I asked for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible. Disgusting. Im also contacting Gymshark to let them know they are losing custom to these fraudsters.

Had the same three gym sets from pursue on repeat for two years now.Long lasting and have lasted cuts and bulks they seem to stretch with you ! Recently purchased another set due to wear and tear to my others,but after 2 years can’t complain ! Recommend 💯

Fantastic brand. I've made 2 orders now and everything has fitted perfectly which is usual when online ordering. I am generally a UK 10 and ordered a M and no complaints. Even the leggings were long enough and usually I struggle with being only 5'5 but having longer limbs. Items were shipped out incredibly quick and arrived within 2 days, no damage.

Quality of products is good with very little use of polyester (what I ordered) and so was fantastic for the price. More expensive than stores like Primark or what you might find in TKMaxx but the quality is far superior and feels incredible on.
