Canadian parks partnered with worst company

Can’t believe Canadian parks will allow such a horrible company to provide sales for activities of their National parks. They have a complete monopoly, so tourists have to book through them if they want to do any adventure or activity in Banff or jasper National park. However, website is glitchy, their customer service never picks up the call. Everything is non refundable but you can change the reservation but there is actually no way to do it. I have been trying to get in touch with them to move my reservation but absolutely no response from anyone even after multiple efforts over past couple weeks.
