Terrible - I ordered a pencil case for my daughter in February 2024. Payment was taken, but - weeks later - I hadn't heard anything further so followed up over email. I didn't get a reply and - several emails later - it's now December and still no reply or item received, and no refund. Fraudsters. Avoid at all costs.

Never received the items I ordered and after 2 months got a refund by opening a case with PayPal. DO NOT ORDER THESE. There is no communication and you will not receive the items

Extremely disappointing. Waited 5 weeks with nothing. Chased the order up and was told they were out of stock and couldn't get one to me until after Xmas, (it was part of a present). A 'system error' meant I was not notified - not good enough or acceptable.

Ordered two Pushcases for my grandchildren on 16th June. Delivery is stated at 6-10 days. 29th June today and still not arrived. No email received regarding late delivery, only contact was when I emailed enquiring where my order was. And guess what - my order is ???? On its way. I’m still waiting

Ok, I’ll be honest here. I was a bit scared coz of my past online shopping fails. Ordered hesitantly, just received my parcel and I must say it is Wonderful! Being a student and pet lover, it's always hard for me to get a combo that is practical and adorable at the same time. I am glad I received exactly what is advertised. The quality is excellent, appearance is super cute, and it organizes everything very well. Thanks for the outstanding service and fast response. You are doing a great job love the idea.

Excellent brand.Easy to pack the pens and pencils inside and can be gifted to our lovely young ones and any child would be delighted to have it.Company is good and product is easy to open and close and certainly can be purchased and delivered fast once ordered.
