I always thoroughly research a medication before I use it. It’s very reassuring when you can get what you need without being treated like you are asking for something outrageous. It seems many healthcare professionals want you to remain uninformed about your own health. It’s great to be treated with respect.
It just depends on who they assign to your request, some are very reasonable and some are not.

Fantastic service. They are professional and prompt. I have used them several times and have never had an issue. I read some of the bad reviews, I have no idea what those people are talking about. Literally have never had an issue.

For whatever reason, Walgreens has an ongoing problem with communicating prescription renewals with our doctors. When this happens, PUSH health has always been able to supply a temp prescription until the situation is sorted out.

Total scam! My pharmacy never received the prescription they claim they sent. I have never had any issues with my pharmacy from any of the other medical doctors I have used. Push claims it's not their problem when it clearly is. I went to the pharmacy twice to confirm this. They promptly charged my credit card for a service they never provided and would not give me a refund. What a ripoff!!!

Push Health is great. Jacqueline was extremely helpful and communicative. Within MINUTES, I had my consultation, and prescription sent to my local pharmacy. Do not waste time with GoodRx Care, etc.

They were very prompt - polite - knowledgeable! I could not have been happier!

I had a very uncomplicated situation that required the approval of a licensed health care professional but I could not get a local appointment any time soon. I used this company and submitted my inquiry online. It was straightforward and simple and my prescription was filled quickly. The cost was reasonable and the experience was great.

I had a terrible UTI, and this company never followed up with their nurse practitioner who NEVER got back to me. My credit card is still charged for services never rendered. They did not get back to me after me leaving several messages. My UTI got worse, and I am going to hold these people accountable

Dr. Meyers took the time to listen to my concerns and provide treatment. I would definitely recommend giving him a chance as your Dr. He definitely provided me with excellent medical support and care.

⭐️ Super responsive doctors: I have Dr. Tae Kim and he’s incredible. He answers messages within 10 minutes (even at 3 AM!) and has helped with insurance questions, med explanations, and switching pharmacies.
⭐️ Fast refills: Usually 15–20 minutes from request to pick-up. $65 per request (covers up to 2 meds, small extra fee for more).
⭐️ Way cheaper than urgent care: Urgent care costs me $90–$150 and often won’t refill meds. PushHealth is simple, reliable, and much faster.
⭐️ Pharmacy support: When I had issues with CVS, Dr. Kim personally called and helped transfer my meds. He even recommended grocery store pharmacies that turned out way easier to work with.
⭐️ Consistent and reliable: I’ve been using PushHealth since 2019 and it’s been a lifesaver through multiple insurance changes.

They immediately take your money for a prescription and referred you to a doctor name Dr. Lisa Masterson and never once mentioned cost for weight loss shot until you get a email from Dr. Masterson stating they charge $1399 for 2.5 Zipdound. I requested a refund from Push Health they said they will forward message to Dr. Masterson office. I called her office they said Push Health is responsible for refunding the money which my bank show that Push Health withdrew the money from my account. Be careful before giving your money away without written information about costs. I haven’t received my money. I will be filing a complaint to the department of Managed Healthcare!!

my experience was definitely a 5 star. i had a light ear infection. i did not want an urgent care or walk in clinic or actual medical doctor. for $69.95 they immediately
put me in touch with an RNA. we discussed my case and she gave me the proper ear drops. easy peasy. went to the drug store and picked them up in the morning. my full hearing was restored in 18 hours. her name was salma ramadan. i definitely will use Push Health again.
