When you try to call the company states all operators are busy with other callers and will get back with you, however , no return call. I would be cautious about using Push Health.

I had a nasty case of bronchitis and needed an antibiotic. I contacted them and had a consult with a doctor, the prescription was sent to my local pharmacy the following morning.

Dr Purdy and Team at Push Health make things more than easy when you need medical assistance that does not require an office visit. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced so I’ll make them my first stop in the event I need Dr help in the future.

I have used Evelyn a few times now and she was great. She responded fast and was very knowledgeable of my issues, I will definitely use her again.

Easy to sign up, easy to use, impossible to stop, jump through hoop after hoop to close account, excuse after excuse 'I can't ' 'I'm no authorized ' and then wants to know why I'm upset. I would avoid

Used Push in past and was great, but changed hands? No refills on meds, would not let me choose my pharmacy of choice and very rude about it when questioned why I could not use any compound approved pharmacy, long lengthy response and clearly whom ever answers your questions, does not read your chart, sketchy and unsafe, I was fine until they refused my request of pharmacy RED FLAG

This website and doctors on here are amazing. The doctors really work with you and answer at decent times

I highly recommend Push Health! My assigned medical provider was knowledgable, professional, and promptly responded to all of my questions. My Rx also arrived very quickly as well! From start to finish, my experience with Push Health was extremely streamlined and, thanks to their amazing app & email updates, I was easily able to navigate through each step. Although I was a little nervous initially, I can say with my whole heart that those nerves are now a thing of the distant past! I see Push Health as the future of medical services- removing the logistical hassles of medical appointments & empowering patients and providers alike! I have the highest of regards for Push Health! Push Health is amazing!

They will not send your weight loss med prescription anywhere. Only they will fulfill the prescription which they charge high prices for and of course you can't verify that it is even legitimate. It's a scheme and there is no customer service available.

Kathleen Menold is a total nasty lady. She is condescending too. She was prescribing me medication and I really didn’t care for her at all. I had to change medication to a different brand and she started me out on a the lowest dose and it didn’t work. Mounjaro 12.5 was what I was taking and she dropped me to 2.0 of semiglutite. It is a waste of money and doesn’t work. I told her that and she deleted the prescription and stopped responding. She got her year with me and she’s done. My daughter and husband were also using her but not now. We would never recommend such a rude Nurse that can prescribe medication as she’s not a doctor. Apparently she thinks she’s God and will treat you anyway she wants you’re at their mercy. I have found another company that is much better and less expensive. Don’t waste your money with these people. They don’t care also she wrote me a prescription that my insurance company would not honor and she refused to give me a refund or write me a different prescription. She said I could use it sometime in the future which she knows I cannot. Just a license to steal pretty much.

experience, she has been extremely attentive and seriously cares about her patients. When I message Kathleen about my medications, she always asks how I am doing and/or feeling. When I inform her that I am going great, Kathleen consistently offers words of encouragement, such as, "Great work! Keep it up!"...along with emojis to add to her happy expression! This, to me, speaks volumes.

Kathleen is unlike any one else in this field. She genuinely has a heart of gold. Throughout my life, I have come across countless numbers of prescribers that will just simply prescribe anything to a patient. Kathleen takes her time and reviews all medications that her patients might be on, ensuring that the medications that she prescribes are not a contraindication to the ones her patients are already taking.

Kathleen Menold, MSN, APRN, FNP-C Was incredibly rude and presented the information much like a scam. They changed my pharmacy to theirs, said I had to use it as my insurance, which they didn’t even have, would not pay for the medication. The instructions for care included the phrase HOT, HOT, HOT!!! She then said the compound med wasn’t covered by most insurances. She didn’t offer alternatives and she sent me increasingly rude correspondence. I took pictures of the entire interchange. I really have never talked to a professional that spoke to me like that.

This is great service especially for those who are very busy and need a quick prescription refill.

Zero stars, Physicians that don’t speak English and don’t understand specific details of what you are saying. I guess they are only there to prescribe the medication you ask for without any real conversation. Ex: if your insurance company needs to fax the physician something good luck because they won’t understand that or why…

Reliable, professional, quick.

Dr. Carrera was extremely prompt in her response to me. Had no problem with what was prescribed and no problem at my pharmacy where she called in to. I especially liked that I didn't have to venture out into public feeling as bad as I did and she was able to diagnose me-with a full & accurate description of my symptoms- and prescribe exactly what I needed. I took the meds, got better, feel great.
