First time I've ever given a bad review..
Doubt this company is still active given how it was run, but if it is then please read below. I sent this message to the founder, but have had no response. I have never given a bad review, but this has to be shown.
Hi Matt. I’ve just noticed that Qandor issued a CCJ in my name. I believe this was due to my previous company (Seventeen Build Ltd) leaving Qandor due to many issues. Some of which was due to the other members of Qandor not fulfilling their contractural obligations in some of our building projects but was also due to you breaking confidentiality and speaking to our client(who was also a member of the club) when you received a complaint targeted at my previous business from an external source. You claimed that you had a duty to tell the other member of that complaint but you did not discuss it with me first to even verify if it was true.
Therefore, I decided to leave the club because their values no longer aligned with mine.
I really don’t want any trouble, so I’m asking you to kindly remove that CCJ, not only because of the issues mentioned above but also because all invoices, payments, contracts etc were that of Seventeen Build LTD and not my name personally..
