Looks like it's a failing business where they don't really do due diligence before giving out sharia loan. They don't have any collateral or asset where they can f
Seize if the business don't pay back loan. I invested and at a loss with no resolution at sight. Will take them to court for failing to do proper due diligence. Hope I am wrong but gut feeling says like its a ponzi scheme which relies on new business loans to carry on running.
They are charging interest on late payments. I took a loan from Qardus and after 2 years there was 1 missed payment. They issued a notice after 8 days with 120 as fine and 250 as interest payment.
Easy to use website and good returns on investments. I've been getting my shariah compliant returns monthly.
Unfortunately after investing with them for over 2 and half years I discovered that they aren't working with a Shariaa compliant way depending on Fatwa from trusted Sheikhs. Add to that the very poor customer service team and finally one of the borrowers just stopped paying his payments over 6 months ago and no resolution till date. I regret investing with them.
