So I tried to place and order of around…

So I tried to place and order of around £300, so not very big but enough that I could test the delivery times and make sure the quality of what I was looking for was met. I got to check out and it asks for banktransfer (do offer PayPal) though I prefer BACs for ease of reports as all in one place. When entering there details in my bank flagged as possible scam. I then emailed them about this and I got a quick response saying that they had sent a payment request and to go onto there site and look in the Basket. So I tried this and it said it was empty, I screen shot this and sent it over and the response although quick wasn't great. Anna the person responded with "I'm really not sure there are issues, ordering on our website is very easy and straightforward" which to me sounds like; Its easy, you are the issue. Which could be true but the basket she kept telling me to look in was empty. So order has now been cancelled and I will not be using Q Clothing as a future supplier.

Shopped here a couple of weeks ago.... Just have to say this is a hidden gem in London. They have huge stocks of current fashion in many sizes. Including many childrens styles too. It's just a short journey from where I'm based and I managed to pick up lots of styles for my online store.
As a wholesaler of fashion they've definitely got the choice + low prices.
Will def be back....

Unbelievably true

Unbelievably true. A real shock

After I checked them online as a wholesaler with some interesting brands, I went to the warehouse which is based in Tottenham hale.
First impression I got was "...is this real...” as they have to go through serious discussion between the staff to give me a parking permission. The lady who was smoking outside came in with a strange attitude making private jokes with a colleague while walking me upstairs...
first thing she says was "...DON'T USE YOUR MOBILE WHILE YOU ARE BUYING FROM US..."then she left all at sudden, then she comeback, she started asking me question after question not even letting me answer, I stopped her by asking a simple question "..Can you please show me what you have in stock? “And the answer came when she started showing me clothes, the stock they have is a leftover from the high street shops like peacocks or other brands and worst of all is no sizes plus it’s an ageing stock which means it has been manufactured no less than 6 to 7 years ago.
When I checked the stock she realised that I know what I am doing so she said "...my name is Michelle, and I am one of the managers here, I have a big order, you have to leave, here is my card and you can make order online ..."
What was more awkward is when I was looking at the stock she was actually calling one of her customers who is apparently selling clothes in market asking him to leave some clothes for her ,,,..?!!>??!"
I cannot believe or even describe my experience with this company but if you are interested to sell left over clothes in the market go buy from them.

The experience is awkward
