Qef closing down due to incompetent directors.

I received a message on 26MAR25 from QEF where the member of staff Samantha in the Admin Team deliberately and intentionally spelt my name incorrectly which I take as very much as deliberately insulting.
QEF were contacted on 4 different occasions including their CEO Karen Deacon for an apology and even she could not care less at all either. I do care and take umbrage at your deliberate insult let alone being deliberately ignored.
Why do you employ dismissive, disrespectful, members of staff who could not care less at all.
I require a written apology in the post from your CEO as she has also ignored the matter. Perhaps your office managers will teach your staff to undertake communications to a proper level in future and never ignore a complaint again.
I'm absolutely delighted with QEF, as they helped my son with autism achieve his driving licence. He started in June 2023 and passed yesterday, 20 months later, on his first attempt. We are beyond grateful to Lesley, his patient and funny instructor, and appreciative thanks also to the lovely gent (sorry name forgotten) who assessed him and Tracey in the office. We didn't know it would be possible, but thank you all so much. It will change his life and prospects dramatically.
