Absolutely Terrible App – A Total Nightmare
I don’t even know where to start with how awful this app is. It is, without a doubt, the most horrible app I have ever used in my life. It’s as if they handed the project over to some interns who had no idea what they were doing and then never bothered to review their work. I’m honestly shocked that any company would still use this app in its current state—it’s outdated, unreliable, and downright embarrassing. It makes me seriously question the professionalism of any business that relies on this disaster.
The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The app is CONSTANTLY crashing, throwing random errors, and making even the simplest tasks impossible. Just signing up and uploading the necessary documents took me TWO HOURS. That’s right, two hours of frustration, restarting the app multiple times, and dealing with an endless loop of glitches and failures. It’s ridiculous. Signing in should take minutes, not make you feel like you’re trapped in a bad tech support episode.
The user interface is clunky and poorly designed, with no thought given to ease of use. Navigation feels like a guessing game, and every single step is plagued with bugs. Uploading files? Forget about it. You’ll have to pray that the app doesn’t crash mid-upload or that your files don’t just disappear. Half the time, the app doesn’t even save your progress, so you’re stuck starting over repeatedly.
What’s worse is the lack of any meaningful error messages or guidance. When something goes wrong (and trust me, it WILL go wrong), the app just leaves you stranded with no explanation or solution. It’s infuriating. I can’t even imagine how people who are less tech-savvy manage to get through this mess without losing their minds.
To add insult to injury, the app looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. No modern features, no intuitive design, and no evidence that anyone cares about improving it. It’s like they created this app, slapped it together with duct tape, and decided it was “good enough.” Well, newsflash—it’s NOT good enough. Not even close.
The fact that this app is still in use is mind-boggling. It’s an embarrassment and a huge waste of time. If I could give it zero stars, I would. My advice to anyone considering this app? Don’t. Just don’t. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the hours of your life you’ll never get back. Companies relying on this app need to rethink their entire approach because this is just unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
