I wish i read these reviews earlier. I had ordered some stuff off the instagram page. 3 products totalling to £60 paid her straight away and she was very lovely at the beginning. I was away when I placed the order. When i came home i asked her and she said she had sent the items. She had given me a tracking number however whenever i tired to track the number the message coming up would say we will let you know once we attemt delivered your parcel.
I then called Royal mail and they had explained the parcel has been sent but lost in transit. After 14 days of the parcel being sent she can request for claims and i can get a refund.
I explained this all to Aleha, she then said ok. I was very understanding and gave her time again.
A few days later i got a letter in the post saying i have to pay for P&P as it was not covered. I was annoyed but at this point i was happy i was getting my items at least.
I paid for the post and they came a few days later. However i on holiday at this point. (The holiday i wanted the items for) when i have come back home i have opened the parcel, and there is a bikini set missing!
Again i reached out to her and asked to be refunded. She has gone out and blocked me.
I have screenshots of all of the conversations! Its not even about the money by this point. Its the principle people always ask you to support local small businesses but this is why we don't.

Please be careful when buying from instagram businesses! I have learnt the hard way.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, sent on monday 7th june they said. now all instagrams deleted. website not working. no tracking or refund. should of googled before ordering. SCAM

Said beneath its scam and you won’t receive the items. Best to not bother shopping with them- if you already have simply report with your bank and get your money back.

Ordered a PJ and its really great quality! So soft. Would order again and will probably do so for gifts! Glad I found them

Ordered a bodysuit from here and it bc ame and was so lovely! Didn’t take long to come at all and had a tracking number so I could track :) I recommend it as there super affordable!! <3

Amazing company, such a lovely owner, purchases came in amazing quality and are so lovely on. Delivery time was a little slow but completely understandable during these times so nothing to be upset about. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from again!

I ordered two items from this shop, I only received one which was neither of which I had ordered, after explaining this they told me to send back the item and after they would send me the two I originally wanted. They never sent it to me and never refunded me. I’ve been messaging their Instagram brand since October trying to get my money back but they rarely reply and when they do they’ll say they are ‘checking on it’ and never get back to me. I strongly advise not to shop here! Awful customer service too
