Worst experience I’ve had with any company ever…
Me and my partner were meant to move in to a flat yesterday, organised through Q living. The day before the move, we got to know that the landlord had changed his mind and we couldn’t move in after all. There we stood with lots of moving boxes and nowhere to live…

Up until this point Q living had repeatedly told us the flat was ours and we had nothing to worry about. They were consistently very slow to deal with, first in creating the contract, and secondly where it all then fell apart, was when it was the landlords turn to sign.. I don’t know what communication happened between landlord and Q living, but for them to repeatedly guaranteeing us that it’ll be fine, to cancelling the day before move in, is not what I believe is anywhere near okey.

Q living later offered us 2 apartments as a temporary solution, but neither of them were anywhere near the standard, or location of the original flat. I understand they probably haven’t done anything wrong legally, but I just want to express my frustration and disappointment with them as a company.

Fantastic service! Had them help me with renting out my apartment, and they got the job done in a matter of days.

They were very helpful and friendly doing our whole correspondence.

Would definitely consider using them again, either with renting my own apartment out again or renting one of their other options.

As stated on their website, 'Q Living Copenhagen is a wholly owned subsidiary to Q Apartments'.
If you love your life and want stress free apartment rental then stay away from these companies. They are scammers only interested in taking your money. They will overcharge you. They will not answer your emails. They will not fix broken things or either care that they are broken.
Also from their website: 'Our relations are built on our core values, which bring a high level of customer service, a great focus on details, and a close collaboration with our customers.' - this would be funny if it wasn't actually sad and totally opposite from the service you will get.
If you are apartment owner and contemplating on giving Qapartment your apartment for property management, think again. If they deal like this with their customers it can't be any better with the renters.

Me and my family rented an apartment at Rømersgade. After a year it was decided that my girlfriend would go back to school to continue her studies.
We contacted Kathrine Mosegaard and explained the situation, and that we needed to move in a smaller and cheaper apartment.
The coming weeks Kathrine not only found 4 different and great apartments, she also meet us at Rømersgade and drove us and our 10 month baby to see the apartments.
I never thought we, as a tenant, could build that kind of relation to a landlord/real estater.
Kathrine is able to handle having two clients agreeing on mutual interests. It did cost me a litte more than expected in the transistion phase between the two apartments, but it's been worth it.
We now live in a beautiful apartment at Frederiksberg. And the owner of the apartment is actually our neighbour.
IF we could give Kathrine and Q Living more than five starts, we would!!!
