Remona is amazing
Remona is absolutely helpful, professional and friendly. I had a terrible neck spasm and she managed to relief my pain with her amazing skills. She even continued few extra minutes for me just to help me relieve my pain completely. Such a kind hearted lady. Thank you very much Remona!

She was very considerate about what I exactly needed and in which parts of my body, and how hard/soft the pressure needs to be. The communication along the session was also nice and enough, not too much not too little.
She even went overtime to fully cover all the body parts needed attention.

Very unprofessional!!!
The (duo) massage was good. But the atmosphere during the massage was not relaxing. The massage therapist of my friend was talking not stop. Not only was she asking questions to us but also talking about her private life. Besides that she was making comments about the physique of my friend and making us buy a blood test which was supposed to be essential to be healthy. She asked it multiple times during the massage even if we didn't answer her. We felt alot of pressure. Also after the massage she asked us 2 times more to buy the blood test. It felt very uncomfortable and we didn't expect that from such an expensive treatment. Very disappointed! After contact with the customer service I am even more disapointed!! They were in short just rude! I talked with the owner of the company and he just hang up the phone..

In respond to answer of custom service of QoQo i would like to add, that is was first what I did: first I called to you by phone, then I wrote you and email with explanation. I think it is obvious that I could not know that I woke up got sick. I prepaid a massage and would me totally normal, if you respect your clients, to re-schedule my appointment. So my experience is very disappointing. Even my dentist do not take payment from me when I do not come to appointment when I got sick.
And I posted just one negative comment on you FB, because I think your clients should know this.
But you deleted it, which is not fair. So that is why I posted more.
You are definitely not client-oriented company, otherwise you would not have all reviews here with 1 star just
