Quick, clear help from Customer Support

Quick response to my questions about a QR code I created but it expired after the trial period. Customer Support (Annette) responded within hours and provided clear instructions on how to retrieve this code and use it, almost immediately. Thanks Annette!

I had created a QR code for company…

I had created a QR code for company website. I didnt know it had an expiry. On the main day, QR expires, i rush to qrstuff webiste and try the chatbot. Explained my situation to it and it transfered an image i sent to my account. Great, lifesaver tech.

The staff is always very helpful and caring. Very professional and it's nice to recognize some of the same people at support I've had the pleasure to deal with, such as Annette that's always taken care of our issues quickly.

Fast and efficient support

My experience with the QRstuff support team, and especially Annette Friedman, was unprecedented and the best I had so far!
The response was quick. My problems were due to my mistakes and they took the time to fix each one of them fast and in a good manner.

QStuff good service

QStuff's bot was able to resolve an issue by troubleshooting with me and I was very happy with the service. I am happy with QRStuff and have been for years, but wish they were HIPAA compliant for healthcare companies.
