Recovered deleted project

Excellent customer service experience
Excellent customer service experience! I filled out the Contact form on their website as my QR code had expired and I never had it associated with an account. So I had created an account, but couldn't figure out how to get the existing QR code associated with it. This was important for my business as I had the QR code displayed in several places. Fortunately Annette on the customer service team, promptly addressed my inquiry and had the QR associated quickly re-activated and associated with my new account. This was so much easier than I expected, thank you again and highly recommend!

A Scam
WARNING: Do not use qrstuff.com to create your codes. There are better companies that offer actual free and unlimited codes. These people are disreputable and will shut down your code after you have deployed it, without warning, and make you pay to restore it. Their customer service is also a joke and will take forever to get back to you with the solution being you need to pay. It's all about $. Save yourself the headache. Don't belieeve me, check out their Facebook and Instagram accounts where other customers are asking for help and expressing the same issues. Maybe the other reviews on here are legit, but based on my experience, I don't believe them.

I can see you are quite unhappy with us right now given the widespread negative comments you are leaving across all our platforms and content.
I see that my colleague Annette replied to your initial email on the 16th of May with follow up questions and you did not reply to her.
Then, I can see that you sent an email today, and received a reply from Annette, on the same day, explaining why your premium QR code is no longer working. Annette also provided a solution for you to reactivate your QR code.
Rather than accepting the proposed solution, or even asking politely for an alternative solution, you made threats to create and publish negative articles about QRStuff to harm our business. I find these threats, which are based on falsehoods, ethically unacceptable particularly for a journalist such as yourself.
You screenshotted a quote about our services which state directly that static QR codes (ones without premium features such as scan analytics and post creation editing) are always free. This is the truth. You have created a premium QR code with premium features.
Our pricing page, FAQ's and multiple articles throughout our website articulate the difference between static and dynamic codes, and indicate what services are free and what are paid for. If you erroneously created a premium QR code, that is not the fault of our business. Having said that, perhaps if you stated that you erroneously created the premium QR code but only needed a free one without the premium features then we could have found a solution for you without charge. But, instead you have chosen to publicly misrepresent the facts of the situation all over social media and ratings websites, and were extremely rude to my customer support staff.
I would rather not have your business.

Prompt, Polite, and Helpful Chatbot
I've had an issue with expired QR codes and tried to upgrade to a paid annual subscription but got a strange 'connection reset' message after I paid. So I'm not sure if the payment went thru & my codes are reacivated or not. While I check with my bank if the payment was debited, I also contacted QRStuff via their chatbot. I can't fault their prompt, polite, and helpful responses so far.

Platform easy to use
Their platform is really easy to use to create your Dynamic QR Codes which is what we need make use of. The link and QR Code stays the same, and you just change the contents as needed. It is far better than having to re-generate a new QR Code every time. Also, their prices are affordable and very reasonable.
You can email them and expect to get responses soonest which is a big plus as well.

User friendly and value for money
I've been using QRstuff for almost a year now and have made over 30 QR codes for multiple different purposes. Packaging, retail marketing material, conferences etc... making them is extremely easy and you can track the usage on your portal. I've been on the paid plan for the past 6 months and would say it's well worth it.

I purchased these QR codes and they work and don’t work. I have over 500 flyers I still need to distribute and every few months they don’t work I need to contact support and they do something then they work again. What a hassle. They said I downloaded wrong or something. But I have my flyers already printed. I’ll waiting again soon foe them to stop working. Hopefully I can get these flyers distributed soon.

I can see you are a full suite subscriber, so if they codes are not working that is because you have created them without being logged into your account. If you could please send us the codes that are not working to support@qrstuff.com we can assign them to your account and activate the codes again. Alternatively you can also create "static" codes that will never expire but also will not have scan analytics and other features.
