Damaged Item, Dismal Customer Resolution
We ordered a roll top bath from QS Supplies and paid extra (over £100) for delivery. When inspecting the bath on arrival, enamel on the top rim was flaking off. We asked QS Supplies for a replacement bath, which we were promised would be forthcoming. We then received an offer of £100 in compensation for the damaged bath rather than replacing it, which would not have covered the cost of a repair. In addition, this breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which says that where an item is faulty I can ask for a repair or replacement within 30 days. When we complained to QS Supplies, they offered us £200, still reluctant to replace the faulty product they had sold us. We had to contact the manufacturer of the bath directly to resolve the issue. I would not purchase again from QS Supplies. They do not resolve customer issues if it's not in their best interest, despite a legal obligation to do so, and leave the customer carrying the problem. Disappointing.

The Armitage Shanks Belfast sink and stainless steel legs arrived in perfect condition and in good time. Helpfully, the delivery driver carried the sink up to my first floor flat (it's heavy).
It is now installed and I'm very happy with it.

DAMAGED ITEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE, PAINFUL RETURNS PROCESS
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with QS Supplies.
I ordered a sink which arrived on 27 July with visible scratch marks. I photographed the damage immediately and reported it to QS Supplies on the same day. Since then, I have spent weeks exchanging emails with customer services.
Rather than arranging a straightforward return, I was repeatedly asked to try various products to remove the marks myself. I declined, as I had purchased a brand-new sink and did not expect to have to repair or treat a damaged item on arrival.
On 3 August, I made it clear that I wished to return the sink and receive a refund or store credit. On 11 August, I spoke to a customer service representative who told me that the manufacturer would collect the sink and that a refund would be issued.
However, after further delays, I was informed that the sink would only be collected for inspection and that if the scratch could be removed, the sink would be returned to me rather than refunded. Customer services also stated that because the item was sold as non-returnable, I would have to accept it back if they were able to remove the mark.
The most frustrating aspect has been the time and effort required to deal with an issue that was reported immediately upon delivery. Instead of receiving clear and consistent customer service, I have encountered changing positions, conflicting information, and a prolonged dispute over a product that arrived with a visible defect.
Based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to purchase from QS Supplies again.

Rubbish aftercare
Rubbish aftercare! I rang to advise there was a part missing - all it was was a set of feet for a wet room screen - which they could have posted out to me
But, I was told that I needed to send an email and they would investigate!
I then received an email a week later telling me to check the box again as the item has been stuck onto the main parcel!
Obviously came off in the couriers van?!!!
Iv ended up buying new ones from another company and having to pay my builder to come back to fit them
All it would have taken was for them to have posted the small item out to me with no questions asked!
Silly really in the big scheme of things - as the wet room screen is ok
