SCAM/PHISHING SITE
Company required cash only app, no credit cards. Friends & family, not commercial. FIRST RED FLAG this does not permit refunds -- cash is gone when the button is pressed that's why they call it friends & family -- only trusted people.
When pressed, they accepted a credit card. 2ND RED FLAG. When they took the credit card over the phone, they required the bank transaction authorization PIN which is only provided to the owner of the card to stop fraud.
3RD RED FLAG. The notification of the transaction from the bank showed the transaction went to a company in India, not Quality Birds purported to be in Irving.
4TH RED FLAG. The next day an email comes in from moveyourpetlogistics.com requiring a $1000 insurance payment for pet transportation for a $150 bird. $150 had already been charged for live pet delivery prior to this. Again cash app only, no credit cards, purportedly 95% of fee is refunded upon delivery. Guess what? 5TH RED FLAG. Refund is given only if you provide your checking routing/account numbers. This is a common means for phishing schemes to empty your bank account.
6TH RED FLAG. All the reviewers on trustpilot for QualityBirdsOnline have only given positive reviews to sites reported on trustpilot to take money without shipping product which makes them phishing sites.
