I placed an order on 28thJanuary They took my money but didn’t deliver Sent two emails no answer Triwd phoning No answer Be wary.

Haven’t received delivery of my order. They haven’t responded to my email and they do not answer the phone. I wish I had checked reviews.

no delivery and no money. Paypal decided case in their favour which gives me questions who is behind this fraud scam ???

One star is ten stars too many. They’ve taken our charity’s money but not delivered an order made on 26th December 2023. They don’t reply to emails and the phone number cuts out. I feel responsible, yet they seem to be allowed to process card payments. How can that be?
DO NOT USE.

Avoid this company. No sign of my order. Told by paypal i'll have to wait 3 weeks before making a claim.

The phone number on their website doesn’t exist and they don’t respond to emails. Also, their address is a virtual one used by over two thousand other businesses.

I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from them.

Very poor ordered an Toner Cartridge on February 24th 2023 and haven't as yet received this. Have sent emails and phoned them. As yet no reply... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..

I ordered a waste toner cartridge on 22nd October 2022 and received confirmation, (Order #: 100036304). Nothing delivered so I emailed on 30th Oct; no response. Emailed again on 6th Nov; no response. Their customer contact number 020 8123 3461 now gives "you have dialled an incorrect number". I rather fear they may have shut up shop. Whatever, I advise against using this supplier.

I placed an order 9 days ago. The payment has gone from my account, but no sign of the goods yet.
I have emailed querying my order, but no reply.
I called the number on my order confirmation, but it just went to voicemail.
Be wary before placing an order.

Update 31 October:
Still no sign of my order after 4 weeks. Emails to the company are ignored. Calls to the company go to voicemail.
No action, so I have begun a chargeback claim with my card provider.

Why, oh why, didn't I look at the Trustpilot reviews before I placed the order. If I had I'd have known to expect the abyssmal service that I got! Order placed 2 1/2 weeks ago for item claimedd to be in stock, but since then - silence!

Not received Goods. Try telephoning and emailing - many times; no answer. Will never use the company again. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Stay clear of this company. Sold me a toner cartridge (£80) that is not comparable with my printer. They ignore emails and don't answer the phone. Only option now is to claim money back via my credit card

1 star is too generous for this company, it should be a zero star rating. Very poor service, no reply to emails chasing delivery of goods. No answer on the phone either, even after multiple attempts. I am not even bothering to leave an answerphone message. There is certainly no quality about this company, especially when it comes to customer service.

Absolutely shocking service. Couldn't get them on the phone to find out delivery status. They didn't reply to emails. Promised delivery by 4pm, it didn't happen. What kind of company nowadays has no customer service and lets their phone goes to voicemail?

Ordered a replacement Dell compatible toner cartridge, arrived on time. Unfortunately it didn't work when tried, but a quick email reply from qualitycartridge.co.uk and they had a replacement shipped straight out to me which worked when used so rectified the fault quickly and without hassle.
Will buy again.

Despite this companies guarantee as promoted on their website that the toners would fit our printer THEY DIDNT

As instructed we returned the toners but have yet to receive our money back
