Superb service before, during and after the boys did a CCTV of our drainage and found where our useless builders, DoBuild Ltd had:
1. filled in a hole they made in our pipework with a plastic bag. This allowed rats into our cavity walls.
2. plumbed a washing machine outflow direct into he sewer pipe and
3. just left a drainage pipe to out flow under our house.
