I ordered by phone, and the stove was delivered within two weeks as promised. But I would have been happier 1) if I had received an initial email confirmation of my order - I never had confirmation even after two phone calls and en email to them; and 2) if I had received an email to confirm delivery date - the first warning was a phone call from the delivery company.

Ordered two stoves from a different company. Three weeks later after many failed attempts to contact them. They send an email saying they are unable to get my two hunter stoves. Eventually got my money back. Went to quality stoves website. Ordered the same two stoves. They call back 10 minuets later and said the stoves would be with me in two days. Can't beat that. Will use quality stoves every time from now on.

Ordered a Hunter Harald Slim line 8 Woodburner which was delivered within 2 days. Extremely helpful with technical advice. Would use this company again.
