So I was able to buy two pairs of yeezys one for a gift and one for me so I could match with my partner but they canceled a pair for me with a very vague explanation saying the shoes have been worn and normally I would be cool but as this was a yeezy i requested to have a look at the condition of the pair that was canceled as I did not really mind if the shoe has only been tried on but my email was completely ignored by them

Don’t order if you’re from the UK
Their website is not clear enough to say they’re not paying for the customs. The customer service say the UK is physically in the Europe that’s why free shipping so the customs fee is count as outside of Europe. Such a sneaky explanation.
It’s more expensive than I order from a UK website after I paid the customs.
Avoid at all cost if the item you want is also available on the UK website.
