the ordering made easy and delivery excellent, I was a bit dissapointed with the finish of the safety
chain.I also received the swirl one but I ordered the rose finished one.
I noticed a swivel toggle on one end that attaches the chain to the ring but the other end no toggle to give that movement, it looked as if it had been broke and just put togther with a pair of plyers, I just dont like complaining as I seem to have to do it a lot these days with different suppliers whether over the counter or on the internet I dont have much luck.
I will most probably carry on shopping from this site as these charms are unavailable in a lot of my local retailers.

Thank you for your review. The security chain you received is the correct one, the roses do look a little like swirls, the only other security chain we sell is a plain one. The chain hasn't been broken and put together again, all the chains are like that with the swivel toggle on one end, if you look at the picture on the website you can see that.
I'm so sorry you're not completely happy with your purchase, it's no problem to return it if you would like to and swap it for something else, or I can give you a refund if you would prefer? We strive to make sure all of our customers are 100% happy with their purchase :-)

Lovely-clear a lot of effort goes into showing customers you care!
Never received such a nice package in my life. Wrapped beautifully, and a lovely surprise was added inside (i wont spoil it for you). Also they were offering the most choice in the brand i was after at the lowest price. Have to say it takes a lot for me to rave to my friends about a business but i will be raving none stop about Queen of Charms.

Great Service and much more special than buying in highstreet.
They advised me after I emailed me with colour of outfit, They sent links with what they thought would match. I then ordered corsage, ring etc... and it arrived with 24 hours beautifully packaged with organza and sweets.

lovely charms and excellent delivery of items ordered, always received them very promptly by special delivery and will come back to Queen of Charms time and time again as the pricing is great.
I would chose Queen of Charms over any other site. Their charms are lovely and very reasonably priced compared to some others. I have 5 charms already since I started to collect in the last couple of months and particularly like their Morano glass. I will definately come back here time and time again.
