I joined this medical centre over a…

I joined this medical centre over a year ago, my advise never ever join this surgery according to the followings;
You are lucky to get an appointment within the next 2-3 weeks, what makes it worse they are still taking more patients,
Patient ask face to face appointment with GP, after examination patient ask for specialist in local hospital, GP assure patient that request has been sent to NHS hospital, 2-3 months elapse with no hospital confirmation, you go back to surgeroy & surgery can not find your referal.
What makes worse surgery ask you to go to hospital to have face to face appointment, hospital tells you that GP must refer you for appointment NOT face to face appoints & no referal ever sent by surgery,
How can you trust surgery & their GPs who plays tricks & lies on elderly patiant,
All staff from front reception to mangement & GPs plays as one gang & accusing patient indirectly.
Monthly Medication always goes with some deleted items with out patient knowledge & no reason for it ????.
If you need medical letter for any reason you get charged 50 pounds & cash only ?????
Just wonder why the NHS are leaving such surgeries loose & abusing patients health conditions.
As a 75 years disabled pensioner with so many health issue I think it is time to change surgery.
