Did not receive order and no reaction from customer support

Ordered two times with around €500 worth of clothes and received only the jogging pants of €80 which did not fit. All the other clothes are not shipped. Mailed many times the support team of PNL/QLF but no response. Because they are launching their new drip for 2020-2021 I can’t login my account and see the return adres for the pants I don’t fit. I can contact support to ask the return address but my previous mails did receive answer. So will I receive on this mail an answer??

Awful experience, I like their music but honestly, im pretty angered by them now. If you want to become a brand, act like one and use a proper shipping service like DPD and have proper customer service! Give my money back or my clothes asap waiting for a month now and items still not shipped.
