I found Quickblue from a reference and…

I found Quickblue from a reference and I have to say that it has been a very nice experience for me. They came, they were very quick in the process and delivered a very good service. Also the people that came to change the locker were super kind!
My main contact was Nadia, and when I needed the service again, I contacted directly her - she is super quick and kind and helpful, solve my problem again within a few emails! As a person with bad luck with the keys, I am happy to have a company that quick in service in my mailbox :)

Complete mess

My protected key copy was delayed with weeks. Turns out Quickblue were sending invoices to previous tenants on their email and not sending the keys until the invoice is payed. They lied to me on the phone 3 times that "the key is already sent" or that "they'll check and call me tomorrow". Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

This morning I forgot my keys at home…

This morning I forgot my keys at home when I left for the gym. I called the company at 6:35am and I was told I could be helped in between 9 and 9:30. I waited in between the give time slot, no one showed up and so I called, they told me they would call when arriving. The locksmith arrived at 10:30 (one hour after the agreed, 4 after my first call). When he arrived, he looked at the door and he wanted to charge me more than 300 euros for it (I was so shocked that I don’t recall), he explained the costs, which included an emergency fee (emergency 4 hours?) and said that he could do 250 euros. Way more expensive than I expected, so I chose to pay only the transport and contacted a friend who has a copy of my keys (I didn’t want to bother her previously). Upon paying the transport fee, I was first told it was 35 euros and then they included VAT afterwards, being 42 euros in the end.
I honestly don’t know if 250 for unlocking the door in the Netherlands, but the other part of the service: being late, not communicating the price before hand, not giving full price of transport… I don’t recommend this company.
