From the outset adviser Matt was courteous, supportive and ensured we were well aware of the procedure before proceeding, then phoned at regular intervals to advise progress. Once all was in place and the funds we required were forthcoming, a follow up call to confirm as such, with a further follow up to ensure we were satisfied with how the application was handled. Highly professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, so would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to others
